Just got back from their office. Had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Staff was amazing- Tessa was a sweetheart. Solano himself was super nice, professional, and quick with his work. They do a wonderful job here.

Waiting room very packed with a tense work environment walking in the building. I had to ask someone to take the IV out of my arm after being awake for over 30 Minutes after awaken from surgery. I was told I would have 48 hours of recovery time from work. That was a lie. They literally counted my surgery day as a resting day after 3 wisdom teeth being pulled. I work around heavy machinery so I definitely need time to heal under those circumstances. Not to mention being on medication for the pain. Once I called the office to explain they didn't give me 48 hours to heal via doctor note. They said they would fix it. My surgery was on November 2nd @noon. The new doctor note should've relieved me until November 5th (not counting surgery day) but instead they took it upon themselves to make sure I return to work on November 4th at 2pm!! Im off at 4pm. Why would I go to work for 2 hours?! Its a waste of gas, time and money. They told me everything I wanted to hear in order to get my business. At the end of the day its a very dishonest company. I recommend never doing business with them. I literally have to go to to another doctor to override there bonehead decision making. STAY AWAY!!! Look at Yelp reviews too. NOT GOOD

I got to the office with a terrible toothache, in a hard to reach area. Everyone I encountered was very professional and really nice. My nurse made it a pleasure to be getting treatment and the doctor, I would gladly give 10 stars. He knows what to do and how to do it. This is the place to go. Thank you to all.

The office stay is horrible each time I came in there is one person doing all the work. I was ten minutes early to my appointment scheduled at 10am and they called me up at 10:30 to do paperwork. Here is is almost an hour later and I haven't even got the procedure done I'm here for. The is absolutely ridiculous and I had to fill out the same document I filled out a Month ok because they lost it. My dental office sent x rays 3 different occasions and they claim they didn't have those. Be prepared to sit in the office waiting lobby a few hours before your actual appointment. By far the worse office experience ever.

I would like to personally thank CE Solano, DMD for his professional and excellent customer service skills he has with his patients. Most surgeon do their job and could care less about their patient. Dr CE Solano, DMD actually cares and explains to you in great detail the procedure and makes sure if you are having any complications to let him know. I have came to know this gentlemen very well he has pulled 2 of my wisdom teeth left and right side. I would highly recommend any one needing services of his specialty look him the best in the state of Missouri centralized in Lees Summit. The office staff are great and well . Thank you for taking out the time and providing excellent service and taking me out of my horrible pain. For those that are providing bad ratings sorry for the experience. We are blessed to have physician that loves his job and cares for his patients. We are truly blessed to have him in the Lees Summit , MO community . Blessings are to be appreciated .

Very welcoming environment! Dr. Solano & his assistant did an outstanding job & made me feel comfortable during my first wisdom tooth removal a few months ago! Very quick procedure & affordable. Will be returning soon!

Doc was awesome. His assistant Kaley has the best bedside manner. Ty for an awesome experience I was super anxious they where incredible. Would highly recommend.

If there is such a thing as "great dental surgery" Dr Solano personifies to the highest degree! Was put to sleep...woke up and was done, all within an hour or so. I have never given a 5 star rating for a dentist/surgeon, ever. He is the very best!!!! Office personnel were great, too!! Highly recommend their service

I really liked my nurse and Dr. Solano. Dr. Solano very kind and quick. I had my wisdom teeth extracted. The only complaint was waiting an hour pass my appointment time. But I guess what health office don't you have to wait an excessive amount.

I recently had another dental office pull the wrong tooth & used 8 full syringes to numb the area around the Wrong tooth. Dr.Solano was really nice & knowledgable. he pulled the Correct tooth with ease & used only 2 injections. The extraction was painless & literally took no more than 5 minutes. I'm definetly going back!! Thank you.

I'm a returning patient. My family and I have been going to Dr Solano for over 15 years. Recently, I began experiencing extreme pain in tip left jaw so I called to schedule a consultation. Got in few days later and by Friday, I was getting my wisdom teeth out. The anesthesiologist, Kaitlyn, was incredibly sweet. She was very personable and made the first steps in the process very comfortable. Next thing I know, I'm waking up. My appt was at 830am..by 9am I was already done and on my way out the door. Procedure was so smooth and easy. Definitely would recommend Dr. Solano and his team. They are the best!

The procedure was fast and easy to get my teeth remove. The nurse was really nice and patient to me. Before I was put to sleep I could feel the doctor ruff handling my mouth. Overall it's a good place to get your teeth pulled.

PLEASE NEVER COME HERE So 4 months ago I came in to remove all my wisdom teeth. First off ontop of not eating all day (due to my surgery being at 2 pm) I had to wait until around 3:30 because they did not contact my insurance earlier. Once I get back to the back they waited no time getting me under. When I woke up I was freaked out and I could not tell where I was. I wanted to get up but I still had an IV in. Where my blood was literally going back up into. Once I was in the car I pulled out part of my own tooth that they missed. I could not eat at all that day as well as felt excruciating pain for about a month after. At 4 months post op I am in a lot of pain when I brush my teeth or eat hard things. also a jabbing pain where my upper left tooth was in addition to newly developed speech problems :).

Set up an appointment and was quoted $210 for an extraction. Got here and was charged $290 for that same extraction. Front desk ladies are fake nice because if you mess up one time or take too long they immediately get an attitude. Set my appointment for 8:30 and didn't get in the back until 9:10. They make you pay for you even get in the back and get started with your procedure. Once I got to the back at 9:10 I had to wait until 10am to even be numbed. This review started at three stars and just worked it's way down the longer I was there. Asked a nurse how much longer I'd wait and she told me she had no idea. I woke up at 7am and drive 45 minutes here to get here on time for my appointment just to wait and get an hour and half to be treated. Is there any point in having an appointment here?

Went in for a wisdom tooth removal and was terrified, his team did a great job calming me down. Dr. Solano was super friendly and even offered to cover the expenses for Anastasia since I was so scared, but I denied since it was only one tooth. They gave me laughing gas through the entire procedure to keep me calm, he numbed my gums in seconds after I felt the laughing gas kick in which was honestly the worst pain and only felt like a pinch, and pulled my tooth before I even knew it. I couldn't feel a thing. I will be coming here every time I need a tooth pulled from now on.
