Dr Tamara Ayoub is a Southern California native. She was born ,raised and completed her early years of education in the South Bay. She attended Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC where she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. She continues to learn and continue her education in order stay up-to date with new technology and procedures. She is committed to developing and maintaining long term relationships with patients and strive to provide the nest treatment for them. She is fluent in Arabic and on her free time she likes to spend time with her large family as well as travel.
Dr. Joni Forge is a general dentist who has practice in the Los Angeles area for over 30 years. From years of experience, she has seen the transformative power of having a healthy smile and good oral health can have on patients. Throughout the course of her career, she has mentored students, who are interested in a career in dentistry and an advocate for access to care for the underserved in our community.
Dr. Forge attended the University of California, Irvine earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. She later attended University of California, San Francisco where she received a Bachelor of Science degree and Doctorate in Dental Surgery. She is member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Los Angeles Dental Society, and the National Dental Association. She has worked as an expert examiner for the Dental Board of California.

Great service. Dr. Ayoub, Maria and Gio are really friendly. Dr. Ajoub and Maria are really knowledgeable and they take their time to explain thoroughly and patiently.

Ive been a patient for almost 2 years and have been satisfied with the care CDI's team takes in providing services. Before, I didn't enjoy my visits to the Dentist. I love my Dentist. Maria has been very supportive and willing to explain everything to me.

I have been coming to this clinic for the past two years! I can't say enough good things about it! My dentist is the most gentle, kind and excellent professional I ever had! The staff is very friendly and always on top of everything! I highly recommend this place! Clean, organized, well prepared staff who is always prompt to help the pacientes!

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone , I spend like 2 years here and my teeth would look the same until I got them off I wasn't happy with my smile I went to a place here in Monterey Park to put my braces on I seen I change in 1 month !!! 1 month !!! I changed my daughter right away when I seen the change cause she was going there like 3 years !!! Horrible place doctor doesn't know what she doing sorry ! Don't spend ur money here !!

Was referred to CDI for tooth extraction and was well taken care off! No complications whatsoever and they have a very neat clean place. Staff are well organized also have modern technology

Finished ortho treatment in December only to find out that they kept charging me to "help patients out" to keep insurance money for other services. now I can't get a covered retainer somewhere else. Thanks CDI! Ohhh and had an unnecessary root canal that ended up being useless since my tooth was dead AND MY ROOT CANNAL WAS DONE CROOKED paid 7k for a new tooth which I would have needed anyway since the tooth was fractured and they didn't bother to tell me that either. but thanks to the neglect of my gums I stopped going in fear that my teeth would fall out and now I need a gum graft too. STAY AWAY FROM CDI.

Visited CDI Dental Group after having a horrible experience at Western Dental. I highly recommend CDI Dental Group over all others. They were quick to see me when I arrived, Susie & Cynthia answered all my questions & concerns. They explained all the details on what my insurance covers & how much I would be paying out of pocket up front, so surprises or hidden fee's. I give CDI 5 stars & I will continue to give them my business

I have been coming here for a couple of months and the service is great. Very clean and organized, and very easy to make appointments. Definitely recommend coming here if you need braces.

I am getting my 2nd wisdom removed today and don't feel nervous or scared because my first wisdom tooth extraction experience was GREAT!! The staff is suuuper nice, friendly, communicative and they seat you in fast for the dentist to see you. The Dentist is kind and I loved my experience. My visit was fast and my gum healed nicely.

Here getting braces for my first time. The initial consultation was fast and very informative. Cynthia and Suzy have been helping me along with the rest of the awesome staff here. It's super cheap and they have affordable payment plans to help you budget along the way. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get some dental work done! This is the first time my BF has really been helped. Right after we were referred to them the doctor took a look and set him up for surgery in the next couple days. The staff is also nice and informative.
