Dr. Scott Smith grew up in Wilmington, NC in a family of seven, four boys and one girl. After graduating high school Dr. Smith served a two year mission for his church in London, England. Once Dr. Smith returned home he earned his Bachelors degree in business management from Brigham Young University and even more importantly met his beautiful wife Stephanie. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from East Carolina School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Smith and Stephanie have two boys, age two and five that are their pride and joy.

Dr. Scott and crew are awesome. They are the best in the business. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I drive one hour each way to get my teeth cleaned here. There is no other choice. Go with CDCC.

The staff is friendly and pleasant. The hygienist I see cleans my teeth thoroughly while making sure I am comfortable during the process. The dentist is extremely nice and thorough and does great work. I have had several procedures done including a replacing a filling and putting a cap on a cracked tooth and the results have been very good. I highly recommend this dental team to anyone in need of dental work ranging from simple cleanings to fillings to crowns. They also provide help with dental costs through Care Credit which allows payment in installments for costly procedures.

Best dentist around. High reviews on Google and word of mouth I found Carolina dental. Megan and my dentist were patient and cared about me. This is a rare thing these days. They took the time to explain everything. And I felt special. Thank you
