If I could give 0 stars i would!! Just left this dentist office after waiting over an hour for a doctor to see me. I sat there in waiting room patiently watching people that arrived waaay after me go straight to the back with a doctor. The first 3 people to do so I didn't think anything of it but 6 people.... okay now whats going on. Not sure If because Im not the same ethnicity as the staff and patience that come here but I will keep it tasteful and just say I felt like a burden to their day. I ask front desk how long and she kept telling me I am next but every person that came in after me ended up being "next" every time. Waiting it was like no one cared that I had a scheduled appointment and never gave me any updates as to when I was going to be seen. To say the least, the vibes I got here was VERY off. So off that with a sore mouth and tooth pain I felt the best thing for me to do was just leave. This was just my experience in the waiting room..... before even seeing a doctor smh. No way I was going to let me actually work on my mouth.

The service was excellent. I was scared before my procedure but Ms.Yamileth took excellent care of me, she was very patient with me and tended to my needs. I will be recommending CDC Dental Center to all my family members and friends.

I've not only been coming to CDC for about five or so years, but I moved to TX last year, and just flew back to have them do additional work. Their customer service is phenomenal and their work is absolutely excellent.

We have been coming here for about 5 yeara or so. My son had wisdom tooth removal we arrived 12 minutes late and they refused service. They said we needed to reschedule for another day. In the past the wait time in this clinic has been horrible 1 - 2 hrs wait time and we still waitted. This time we were 12 minutes late and they did not attend us. I decided to take my 2 children to another dentist. This clinic has become horrible especially with the front desk receptionist. Racist as well.

Got a dental implant here. They did not go over aftercare instructions with me. A week after I was in great pain and obviously infected so I went in. The doctor insisted I didn't have an infection even though the dental assistant literally cringed at the site of my tooth. just rinse with salt water was the doctor's advice. Today I go back in and a new doctor says I'm definitely infected. Without permission he injects me with some thing that he tells me is antibiotics. Turns out it's steroids. They didn't ask me and didn't even tell me accurately what they were injecting. Now I'm scheduled to go in for my 5th appointment, and the front desk lady called ME to ask why I was scheduled to come in. She didn't even know why I was scheduled. I have very little faith in the doctors here and may get the procedure finished elsewhere.at least the front desk staff are friendly and supposedly my implant was done correctly

Very professional. All staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Never waiting long to be called. Office clean and equipped with latest technology. A special Thanks to Dr. Issa and Alma, Kristy, Narine and Sara. All those people make you feel comfortable and certain that you are in good hands.

Had a 12pm appt with my daughter. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Staff is always friendly and treat us great.

I like this place, my children are not afraid to go to the dentist. They are always good with my kids, serve them with respect and attention. Thank you for the great customer service. Very few places offer excellent service, but you are one of them.

The facility was extremely clean and the employees & Doctor were really nice. Dr. Natasha and Christina always take care of me. The level of kindness, nurturing and professionalism is amazing. I highly recommend this dental office

I like this place. They provide a professional service and accept all of insurance. All doctors are caring , but my favorite is a doctor Sam.
