I just left here in tears. Dr. Choo and his staff go above and beyond and are making me want to smile again. Thank you so so much, I am so grateful

I scheduled an appointment to see the dentist as a new patient I took that day off of work to make sure that I can make it to that appointment. I show up to the dentist office about 10 minutes before my appointment and nobody is there I call the number on the door Nobody answers so I texted the phone number they said to send a message to and never got a response until hours later telling me the doctor couldn't come in that day. Nobody ever called me to cancel my appointment or reschedule nobody even so much is said I'm sorry that we didn't call you to reschedule so I lost an entire day of pay. They then texted back a few days later asking if I wanted to reschedule I got no apology for completely forgetting that I had an appointment schedule and I explain to them in a text message that I found a different dentist and that I did that because I lost an entire day of pay and nobody ever called to tell me that the doctor couldn't come in that day or try to reschedule my appointment I had to reach out to them to reschedule appointment that they missed

CD&L Dental Associates in SPRING GROVE IL In Mchenry County! STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!! They have put my daughter in a serious dental situation due to CARELESSNESS & AND being MONEY HUNGRY EVEN our new dentist is in UTTER SHOCK! Do yourselves and your families a favor and please find another place to go. Unless you want missing teeth, trips to the ER. These people shouldn't even have jobs in the dental field!!!! Clean your office to please is disgusting!!!!

Very gentle doctor, dr.choo explained step by step. Very warm welcome when first come in door. DR. Choo and his staff is very pleasant.

I had a broken front tooth and they kept putting on a temporary veneer every time. It always breaks every time I bite with the front teeth. Why the heck don't they have a better quality thing for my tooth? Why can't I get a porcelain crown? I have insurance yet they brush it off like it doesn't matter. This is an every couple day thing. Dentist dude did a lousy job every time I go back and never believes it. No other dentist accepts insurance for a crown. And this dentist seems to not accept it as well.

Best dental office my family has been to! Every employee fantastic, always friendly! Nicole is always helpful and pleasant, the dental aids are very friendly, and the dentists are great in their work, advice, and education. Had to get immediate dental work done and they did it on the spot on a walk-in! Very grateful to have a comfortable and great dental office to serve my area

Dr. Choo is absolutely, 100% awesome! Danny & Diana (I really hope I got their names right) are so thorough & gentle with their cleaning! Even the office manager is SO FRIENDLY!! I don't usually like the dentist but I'm very happy with them.

The doctors and staff at CD&L are very thorough and pleasant. Wait time is reasonable and office is clean. Plenty of parking available too.

Dr. Bloda was so kind! I get very nervous having dental work done and she was very sensitive. I highly recommend her if you are scared of the dentist or not, see Dr. Bloda!

Upon arrival at CDL Dental you are always greeted with a smile from Sureiya the receptionist. I see Dr. Choo who is quick to point out his name and the irony that he's a dentist. He always takes the time to explain what your dental issue is and what your options are. There is never any pressure to choose one option or another.

This was my first try time in almost 3 yrs going to the dentist and everyone was so amazing Dr Choo was very informative general and funny I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends
