Dr. Greg Millwoodgrew up in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from Irmo High School, went to college at Wofford College, and received his doctorate in dental medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Millwood completed his residency at Palmetto Health Richaland in the Midlands. He is a member of the South Carolina Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Greater Columbia Dental Association.

Dr. Millwood values giving back to the local community. He has volunteer at the national Give Kids a Smile program and the Lexington County Childrens Dental Clinic. He also enjoys spending time with his family, all USC and Wofford sports, and spending time outdoors.

Alisha moved to Columbia, SC with her family in 2001. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 2014. In 2017, she graduated from Midlands Technical College with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene and joined the Cayce Family Dentistry Team in 2018. In her free time she enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her husband, Pete and pup, Timber.

Martha was born in Lancaster, South Carolina, and moved with her family to Columbia, SC. She attended Dreher High School, the University of South Carolina, and Midlands Technical College (formerly Richland TEC) where she pursued her Dental Hygiene degree. Martha has four sisters, four children, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. She was originally employed by Dr. Charles Millwood in February 1988 and continued her employment for Dr. Greg Millwood when he formed Cayce Family Dentistry. Martha has truly enjoyed many of the same patients for years. Her dental hygiene career has been a true blessing.

Originally from Gaston, SC, Kimberly graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences in 2012. She then went on and earned her Associates degree in dental hygiene from Midlands Technical College in 2015. Kimberly joined the Cayce Family Dentistry team in 2015. When not working at CFD, she is an assistant volleyball coach for a local middle school team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her Chihuahua, Silas, going to concerts (especially Shania Twain), attending Clemson football games with her dad, mudbogging, and spending time on the lake with family and friends.

Kristina grew up and still currently lives in Lexington, SC. She graduated from Midlands Technical College with her Associates degree in Arts in 2015. Kristina had her first experience in the dental world when she had the opportunity to work at Cayce Family Dentistry for two years where she assisted Drs. Millwood and Smith, and performed a variety of other tasks around the office. Kristina loved dentistry so much that she decided to pursue her career in dental hygiene and received her Associates degree in dental hygiene from Midlands Technical College in 2020. Kristina has a beautiful daughter named Braelynn and two fur babies named Princess and Briscoe who she loves spending time with. Kristina loves the fall and watching her Carolina Gamecocks play!

Kelsea was born and raised in Eddyville, Kentucky. She attended Western Kentucky University where she earned her Bachelor of Science, completing her dental hygiene program in 2009. She moved immediately to Columbia, starting her dental hygiene career in August, 2009. She is passionate about empowering her patients to achieve optimal oral health through patient education. Kelsea and her husband, Curren, reside in West Columbia and enjoy spending lots of time with their adorable little boy, Lev! In her spare time, Kelsea enjoys coffee, wine, a good book and spending time with friends.

Amanda has been with Cayce Family Dentistry since July 2016 and is one of Dr. Smiths assistants. She has lived in Columbia since 2001 and graduated from Richland Northeast High School. Amanda earned her Certificate in Dental Assisting from Midlands Technical College and DANB certification in 2011. While working full-time, she also attended the University of South Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2017. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & boyfriend, playing with her shih-poo Lulu, shopping, reading, and traveling.

Elizabeth is originally from Lugoff, SC and recently joined Cayce Family Dentistry in 2018. She is a 2010 graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School and graduated from Midlands Technical College in 2012 with her Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Certificate. She is continuing her education at Midlands Tech for Dental Hygiene. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending music events and doing outdoor activities.

Jessicas career in dentistry began 16 years ago while working with her mother as a receptionist for a dental practice in West Columbia, SC. Since then, her passion and love for dentistry has grown tremendously. She attended countless continuing education classes, completed HIPAA and OSHA training, and is CPR certified by the American Heart Association. Jessica lives in Lugoff, SC, where she grew up and now raises her 3 children. She loves spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and anything related to music. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients, and they love her ability to remember most all of them by name.

Lydia was born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina and graduated from White Knoll High School in 2008. She worked in dentistry for 2 years before joining Cayce Family Dentistry in 2015. Lydia has two children, ages 9 & 3 as well as two dogs. In her free time, you can find her at the baseball field, gym and spending time with family and friends. GO GAMECOCKS!
