Dr. Casey Dominguez graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 2018. He is married to his wife of 6 years, Kayla, and they welcomed their daughter Dylan in March of 2020. He is passionate about providing excellent dental care and helping patients love their smiles. On the weekends, you can find Dr. Casey at the rock climbing gym, on Beaver Lake, or off exploring new trails with the family dog, Swarley.
Dr. Casey spent the first year of his career practicing in a high-volume corporate clinic. This fast paced environment exposed him to a vast amount of unique cases and treatment plans. While the experience was invaluable, the work-life balance was demanding. When the opportunity arose to join a private practice, Dr. Casey gladly accepted the new challenge. The combination of these two ventures has molded the doctor into a well-rounded dental professional who is capable of handling your needs.

What a breath of fresh air! My teeth look and feel great. Such a friendly and knowledgeable office. Dr. Casey met me at the front to introduce himself. Brittney is the best dental hygienist I have EVER HAD. I learned so much, they were gentle, professional, informative and the office is super clean, fresh and inviting. I look forward to being a long time patient. Thanks to everyone at CSD!

I left the dentist singing today. Summer, front desk, made me feel welcome. Sarah, hygienist with over 17 years experience, was the MOST gentle and thorough I have been to see in over 50 years! Dr. Casey is competent, gentle and kind. This is a great dental team to take care of me. Give them a call...you will NOT be disappointed :)

I hadn't been to the dentist in a really long time and the staff did a great job. The hygienist did a great cleaning, the entire office was clean, and Dr. Casey was friendly and efficient. I will be going here from now on!

I was very impressed by the new tech equipment that was used on my visit, and Dr. Dominguez was absolutely fantastic! I have been traumatized by dentist in the past, but this staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I entered the door. I had an old crown replaced and the new one fits better than the original. I highly recommend giving Cave Springs Dental a visit!

These are great people who do great work! I was in so much pain and they helped me without having insurance and made it possible for me to keep the tooth. I'm beyond satisfied and grateful to have found cave springs dental! I will continue to go here for all my dentistry needs and would recommend them to everyone!

First appointment at this office for me was last week. I was way behind due to find a dentist since moving here. This office is close to my office, so was a logical choice. I am glad I went here. Professional, simple, and friendly appointment.

Highly recommended! Professional, nice and a clean environment.. My kids ages 9 through 17 ... said "Dr. Casey was so nice, was excited to meet me even on a Saturday morning, he treated me as an individual and told me what I needed to improve on".

Sam and Dr. Casey are amazing! I wanted to switch to a new dentist and I'm happy that I did. The office is very nice and clean. Dr. Casey spent plenty of time with me going through everything and making me feel comfortable. Even without dental insurance it was very affordable. So happy to have a dental office so close to home!

Dr Casey is great and took care of me on short notice when I had a dental emergency. I really appreciate the great work and flexibility! He also took time to create a treatment plan and answer all my questions before my dental implant.
