My son has terrible anxiety going to the dentist so I heard that they work really well with this disorder. He went in and X-rays were taken. The dentist was very on top of making him feel comfortable and the staff. Then we heard nothing from the em after three phone calls, them telling me they would call back and let us know something which didn't happen. Now we are left with trying to find someone else, and getting him to go because now he thinks this will happen again.

I can't say one thing negative about this practice at all. Today was my first appointment and I have struggled with dental issues for years. Because of the way that I have been talked to and made to feel that it was my fault that I faced dental disparities, I have not followed up with regular dental visits. I finally came to no other choice to find a provider. At today's visit, I was made to feel comfortable and felt there was no judging, either from Dr. De Michele or his staff. Everyone I encounter were not only extremely nice but genuine in their approach. Everything was explained to me and the dentist took extra time with me to perform a temporary fix to make me feel more secure until a permanent fix can be made. He is the first dentist I have encountered who I felt eat genuinely concerned about my overall health and good me that he wanted to not only put out the small fires but add the prevention to keep any from starting up again. Morgan, the Dental Hygienist that assisted him took the xrays was also very, very caring, comforting and added smiles and reassurance which was so valued. Being in healthcare myself, I found this dental office utmost compliant with their practices and truly compassionate people. I will strongly recommend them without second thought.

Dr DeMichele and his staff have became like family to me. I have always had that dreadful feeling when it came to going to the dentist but they take away all those fears. They are very personable and always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable from bringing me a warm blanket or a pillow to asking about my family. I always feel like I am treated important and not just a number. They are friendly and the treatment you receive is top notch. Give them a try you won't regret it.

I have been a patient at this office since 2006. I have had a wonderful experience with the office staff. In July, I had an old filling replaced - it was painless and I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. This was the first time Dr. DiMichele did any work on me and what a great job he did! I highly recommend Cave Spring Dental Arts.

Excellent dental office! They are all wonderful there & do great work. When I was a child I had another excellent dentist that was exclusive to kids & in all of the years since leaving there, I have never found another dentist that I really felt comfortable with--until here. All of the employees & technicians are very friendly & comforting; they really excel at putting you at ease & my usual high stress has never been an issue there. You would get the impression that the office also treats each other well, too--which is significant to me. Dr DeMichele is truly a blessing. He always takes the time to really listen & will do things to help you that show that he really cares. Anyone I know that goes to there, including a few that switched on my recommendation, have all had similar experiences. I really cannot recommend them enough & consider myself fortunate to have them.

If you want a perfect smile Dr. DeMichele is the place to go. I get comments daily on my teeth & smile. The most delightful staff as well. Joshua De Michele came in on his day off to work me in, I highly recommend him to everyone who asks about my smile. I also love his hygienists, my teeth have never been cleaner. 5 Place! charge 3x more than other dentists. tell you you need a filling and then just clean your teeth at your filling appointment uh ok

Best dental office around. Dr DeMichele and staff are Great, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended
