Dr. Frugoli was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. He attended Bishop Manogue Catholic High School and continued on to the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Frugolis commitment to education earned him honors at both institutions. He then received his doctorate from the University of Oregon Health Science Center where he graduated top of his class in 1981. Dr. Frugoli continued to receive many awards for his outstanding scholastic abilities. In 1981, he returned to Reno and went to work in private practice where he continues today. Dr. Frugoli is a proud member of the Northern Nevada Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Orthodontics, and International Congress of Oral Implatology. He attends numerous continuing education classes where he stays abreast of new developments in dentistry including the Kois Program, which Dr. Frugoli completed and in 2007 he was inducted as a Kois Mentor. Dr. Frugoli is married with 3 children. He enjoys numerous hobbies, such as snow and water skiing, golfing, hunting, yard work, and landscaping.
I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. I went to Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. I was a swimmer for the University of Nevada, Reno and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology. Following graduation, I went to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for dental school and graduated in May 2019. During my time at UNLV I did multiple continuing education courses including Kois Functional Occlusion I, Las Vegas American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) maxicourse, and attended the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry meeting in 2017.In my spare time I love to travel, hang out with my family, exercise, and go to Lake Tahoe.
Mike joined Dr. Frugolis dental team in 2012. Before coming to Caughlin Crossing Family Dentistry to work as a Dental Assistant, Mike gained experience in various fields including construction, sales, and emergency medicine. In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing guitar, woodworking, coaching lacrosse, and spending time with family, friends, as well as his Dachshund, Riggo & Beagle, Albert.
Denise has been a registered dental hygienist with Dr. Frugolis office since 1989. She graduated from Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz, CA and also attended the University of Nevada, Reno. She has worked in the dental profession since 1981, first as a dental lab tech and then as a registered dental assistant before becoming a registered dental hygienist. Denise grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Lake Tahoe in 1982, where she met her husband who is a commercial architectural photographer. They have one son who is currently attending the University of Nevada, Reno. They all enjoy skiing, kite boarding, water sports, and going to Baja and Maui for vacations.
Keri joined Dr Frugolis dental team in 1997. Born and raised in Paradise Valley, Nevada, Keri attended the University of Nevada, Reno and the University of Nebraska, College of Dentistry. Graduating in 1994, she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, with a minor in Biology and Chemistry. Donating her time and talents to underprivileged teenagers and various organization she stays very busy.
