In 2015, Dr. Caudill was sought out and chosen to join Invisaligns exclusive educational teaching team Align Faculty and a Key Opinion Leader because company executives recognized his clinical proficiency with Invisalign. He is given the task of sharing his experiences and expertise of straightening smiles and fixing bites through creating formal educational live lectures and presentations to orthodontic colleagues and residents so they could improve their clinical outcomes with Invisalign. He has lectured throughout the US from LA to New York, Canada and Costa Rica. Additionally he has been involved in clinical trials and provided research data that has been published and used by Invisalign to make improvements.
Ryan L. Caudill, D.M.D., M.S.D. graduated summa cum laude at the very top of his class in 2004 from the University of Florida College of Dentistry (go Gators!) and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D.). Prior to this, in 2000, Dr. Ryan graduated with highest honors in three years from the University of Florida with a Bachelor in Science.
While in dental school, he was inducted into the exclusive Omicron Kappa Upsilon, limited to distinguished dental students who have demonstrated excellence in academics, while exhibiting excellent traits of character and future professional qualities and achievement. Not too shabby, eh?
After two years of being landlocked at Indiana University and missing surfing, Dr. Ryan returned home to Brevard County to partner with his father, Steve L. Caudill, D.D.S., at Caudill Orthodontics in Merritt Island and Donald A. Ray, D.D.S., M.S. in Suntree.
Dr. Ryan took over the Suntree office from Dr. Ray and the Merritt Island office from Dr. Steve Caudill when both of these two phenomenal orthodontists retired. The new-generation of Caudill Orthodontics emerged, yet the renowned quality and service that has been around for decades continued.
Both Dr. Ryan and his beautiful wife grew up in Brevard County as high school sweethearts and are excited to raise their two children, Ryleigh and Elliot, in the same community that raised them. Family time, surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, crossfit, triathlons, running and anything active keeps Dr. Ryan busy outside of the office.

Angela M. McNeight, D.M.D., M.S. was born and raised in Brevard County. She attended Melbourne Central Catholic High School and received her bachelors degree from Emory University, double majoring in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology and General Biology. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. She served as her class representative for all 4 years of dental school, was a member of the dental school admissions committee, and traveled to both Guatemala and the Dominican Republic for dental mission trips to help those in need.
Dr. McNeight then completed a 3-year orthodontic residency program and Master of Science (M.S.) degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry School of Advanced Dental Sciences. She was selected as an Emerging Leader of the American Association of Orthodontics and a finalist for the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics Student of the Year Award. Her masters thesis research won multiple national awards. In 2019, Dr. McNeight was awarded the New Dental Leader of the Year Award by the Florida Dental Association. She was the recipient of the prestigious Florida Dental Association Leadership Award for 2022.
Dr. McNeights favorite part about orthodontics is providing the highest level of individualized care while getting to know each patient and family personally. She focuses not only on straightening teeth, but also on providing a personalized smile that fits with each patients unique facial features to give the most dazzling results possible.
She loves witnessing the life-changing effects a beautiful, healthy smile can produce. Dr. McNeight believes in lifelong learning and completes many hours of continuing education every year to ensure she is providing the most technologically advanced treatment for her patients.
In her free time, Dr. McNeight enjoys traveling, waterskiing, snow skiing, cheering on the Gators, and spending time with her family and friends. She is actively involved in the Brevard community as a member of 321Millennials, Melbourne Alumnae Panhellenic, and the Junior League of South Brevard. She serves on the board of the Brevard County Dental Society and chairs its annual Give Kids A Smile event, providing free dental care to local children in need. She is thrilled to provide beautiful smiles for the residents of her hometown Space Coast!
My orthodontic career started in high school as an after-school Sterilization Tech which evolved into a Clinical Director. Its hard to believe Ive been at it for 23 years! When I moved to Florida from California in 2018, I joined the Caudill and McNeight team as a Treatment Coordinator, since then I have transitioned into the role of Office ManagerI am blessed to work side by side with an amazing team. When Im not hanging out with the coolest orthodontic team this side of the Mississippi, I can be found on the lacrosse field watching my kiddos, Austin (15) and Shae (14), at the beach, watching my daughter surf, or fishing with my husband, Josh!
My orthodontic career began in 1991 as an Orthodontic Assistant and I joined Caudill Orthodontics in 1994. Over the years I have enjoyed watching our patients start as an observation patient and advance through their customized treatment plans. It is AMAZING to see the finished smiles when the braces or Invisalign come off! When Im not working, my happy place is in the Caribbean Islands! However, I love to spend time in the mountains up north as well. My granddaughter, Rylee, and grandson, Liam, have stole my heart and I enjoy every moment I get with them.
I have 15 years experience in the dental industry. I joined Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics in 2017. Interacting and building relationships with our patients is what I love most about my position. Spending time boating and camping with my family and friends is where you will find me in my free time!
I have been blessed with over 15 years of experience in orthodontics. As a Tennessee native my journey in ortho began there later taking me on to South Carolina and finally beautiful sunny Florida. I am excited to be part of the Caudill & McNeight team as Treatment Coordinator and helping patients began their journey to a beautiful smile. When Im not working I am spending time on the beach or at ballgames with my husband Michael and 3 children Hannah, Bodie and Marlee.
I joined Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics in 2021. I absolutely love educating and interacting with each one of our patients. I am a Florida native so while I am out of the office you can find me soaking up the sun for hours on the beach or at the sandbar with my family, friends and black lab Sophie!
Ive been in the dental field for about 17 years before making the change to orthodontics. I am truly excited to have joined such an amazing team with Dr. Caudill & Dr. McNeight. I moved here from Massachusetts five years ago and I am happy to call Florida my forever home. When Im not working, I can be found at my son Lukes college baseball games, biking, paddle boarding, surfing or simply beaching it! I am eager to get to know and grow with our patients and help them on their journey of building beautiful smiles!
I have been in the orthodontic field since 2004. I moved down from Michigan, so its obvious to say.GO BLUE! I love having fun with my patients as we create their beautiful smiles as well as the organized chaos that goes along with it! Truly, I found my second home at Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics. My kiddos, Jeriann and Jaime, are my EVERYTHING! Our favorite activities are camping, cooking, crafting, and heading out to anywhere that has water.
I have been with Caudill Orthodontics since 2003. Before I found my home here, I was in general dentistry for 10 years. I love watching my young patients transition into young adults with their new smiles. Learning about their school successes and family vacations is so much fun too! Spending time with my granddaughter is what I look forward to. Camping, boating and barbecuing with my friends and family is my favorite way to spend my weekends.
I started orthodontics in 2014 originally in South Florida. I love guiding my patients through their treatment journey and seeing such AMAZING results from start to finish. In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband Kyle, my son Kenneth and my two dogs Shelby and Bailey.
I have just recently started my position with Dr. Ryan & Dr. McNeight, but I have learned so much in such a short amount of time. I am so excited to be a part of such an amazing practice with doctors and coworkers who work together more like a family than like a job. Im so proud to work for an office that cares so much about the community and their dental needs. I have been in the dental field for about 4 years now and I love it! Im also currently in school to get a degree in Organizational Management. I joined Dr. Ryan and Dr. McNeight in 2017. I had multiple years of prior experience before coming to this practice. I really enjoy the culture here at Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics. We get to know our patients and are genuinely interested in their personal orthodontic journey. My husband, Don, and I married in 1990Our family is complete with four children and 2 grand-babies. My newfound love outside of work is exploring the underwater world through scuba diving! My new hobby is almost better than Disney!
With almost 5 years of experience as an orthodontic assistant, Id say Ive found my passion! Since joining the Caudill & McNeight team in June of 2021, I have gained a deep appreciation for this field and consider it an honor to provide specialized care to so many beautiful people in this community. Im so proud to be part of a hardworking group of women led by an actual dream team of doctors. Outside of work, I have two precious daughters, Zoe and Gemma, who have my whole heart. I also operate a small Etsy shop that keeps me extra busy!
I found my passion in the dental field in 1992 and I have 20 years experience in Orthodontics. My career has allowed me to raise my two sons and still be a professional. I have seen many advances in technology and orthodontic treatment plans over the years. Learning new techniques and technology keeps me on top of my game! My husband, Danny, and I love to travel, beach time, and boating but what we love most is spending as much time as we can with our grandson Ryker and granddaughter Remi.
I have been in the orthodontic world since 2019 and I love it! Being a part of this awesome team is so fun! I love having fun with our patients and making their braces journey as exciting and enjoyable as possible! I joined the Caudill & McNeight Team in 2018. My background prior to joining orthodontics was in the financial industry. Details are my game! Seeing the patients progress through their treatment is very rewarding to me. My daughter was treated here and the office atmosphere is what caught my interest to join the team. Im an all-around family girl. Ive been married since 1994 and have 2 daughters. We enjoy family games and days at the beach. When its baseball season, you will see me cheering on my St. Louis Cardinals!
I was born and raised in Brevard County, Florida. My past professional experience mostly involved children, but I have switched gears and chosen to join the Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics Team to expand my career interests. I absolutely love the outdoors and have a passion for close encounters with all types of wildlife. The alligator tops my list!
I was very excited when I joined Caudill and McNeight in June 2021. I am Floridian-born and raised. My husband and I moved here from Fort Lauderdale, Fl to Rockledge in 2006. I have two amazing kids LJ and MJ. I Originally started in Dental as a Dental assistant in 2012. Dentistry brings me such Joy. I am excited to have joined an amazing Team. On my off days, you can find me watching my son play in the Friday Night Lights or with my family enjoying movie night and snacks!
My position at Caudill & McNeight started just this year in May of 2021. In just a short amount of time, Ive learned quite a lot about a new world of things. Working here has been fun so far, with great coworkers, patients, and nothing beats a three-day weekend. On my time off I enjoy spending time with my husband, family & cats doing anything active, even if that means just taking a trip to walk around Target.
I was so thrilled with my experience and smile transformation as a patient, I knew I had to be a part of the team! I have been married to my husband, Brad, since 2006 and we have two active kids!
