I went to see doctor Brown on emergency situation. I was having my back tooth remove and there was some problems getting it out to no fault of the original dentist, doctor Brown and her staff were able to get me in get me in and seen ,And it was close to 4 o'clock I got there I was examined Dr Brown determined she could do the procedure without putting me to sleep.I was having a panic attacks she was able to calmed me down. She got the root of the tooth out within minutes of me being there. This level of service is top tier I would definitely recommend her to anybody family friend stranger. Overall I had a 5 star experience at doctor Brown's office

Had to have an emergency extraction last minute, they got me in and scheduled for a consultation quickly, a hour after arriving for my consultation my tooth was removed, they gave me amazing advise and instructions on aftercare, and checked in afterwards to make sure there was no issues, I highly recommend Dr.Brown and her team to anyone. They made sure I was squared away and pain free.

I got my wisdom teeth out today and I had so much anxiety going into it. I don't normally write reviews but Dr. Brown and her assistant were hands down the best I could have asked for. She dealt with my anxiety so well! Absolutely loved her and could not recommend her more. She told me step by step what she was doing until I was asleep. 10/10 Dr. Brown was amazing.

I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Brown! I have major anxiety, I had 3 teeth extracted, the process was so fast and seemed easy! I don't think I was there for a full hour today... I would definitely recommend Catonsville oral surgery to anyone. So sorry to be such a PITA today to all the staff.

Wow! Just wow! The Doctors here are on another level. So professional, knowledgeable and overall just really good. So nice and sensitive and really took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. I can not thank y'all enough!! Thank you Dr. Brown Thank you to all the Doctors there!!!

I really loved them!!! TODAY I got 2 wisdom teeth and a cavity pulled before I was terrified I called them 52 times too change my treatment back and fourth. When I say they were soo patient with me specifically MS . JAMIE front office absolutely loved her! She was soo sweet with a great sense of humor. Dr.Brown was very professional honest and cautious. All around wonderful experience. & this just is just hours after my surgery, I'm typing this!

This is by far the most unprofessional dental surgery office I've ever seen. I came in Friday for emergency surgery and 45 minutes before the closed at 3 the staff told me I must have someone at the office to drive me home or they wouldn't perform the surgery. Keep in mind I was already there for over an hour and could've easily done so if the receptionist filled me in upon arrival. I moved beyond this and scheduled surgery for Monday and the Dr. No showed for surgery. I received no text message and no phone calls, this was a flat out no show. I have a molar that highly infected and extremely painful so to do this to any patient in my position is not just rude but very unprofessional. In addition the staff is very unkind to many of their patients, it's more like visiting the MVA then a doctors office. I highly recommend you find a different oral surgeon their are way to many good ones to trust you health to this facility.

My Daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled today ...when I tell you this is the best place to take and trust with your babies from walking in the door to the time my baby walked out the whole staff was welcoming and professional I could have not trusted a better team to help with the process ... Thank y'all so much Catonville oral surgery center Staff....

I'm terrified of this whole network because of this place. The young lady on the phone had no patience. I don't fully understand the whole schedule a consultation to schedule the surgery that's already 2 weeks out. What I'm having a problem with is in what world does it make sense that all health care providers can't take the same insurance it doesn't make sense

I got 4 extractions done here & the process was so smooth. First and foremost the whole entire staff is friendly and very helpful. My first initial consultation visit was a breeze , they let me know how they can help me and how much everything would be. The day of my surgery I felt reassured by everyone in the office. They all helped me calm down & relax. Dr. Brown is so patient & informative. Any questions I had she answered, she checked on me periodically while performing the surgery to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain. She safely yet time effectively removed all 4 wisdom teeth, I couldn't believe how quick it was. This office has top tier customer service & professionalism. So glad I found them!

Got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Brown today. She is hands down amazing. Made a difficult experience easy! I got it done with local only all four teeth and this team made it virtually painless! Highly recommended

Great experience (for having two wisdom teeth removed). Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the pre- and post-procedure instructions were clear. I would highly recommend COS and Dr. Brown!

I was first seen in December & was supposed to have a follow up appointment for surgery & never received a phone call. When I decided to call, they told me they were waiting on my insurance company to approve the transaction, remind you this is from December. I received a letter in the mail from my insurance for the transaction of the surgery & NEVER GOT THE SURGERY. The company asked me to go through my mail & try to find that letter I received in December. Even if my insurance company didn't pay for it, I signed papers saying I will pay out of pocket to cover what my insurance doesn't. Moral of the story bad business, poor communication, I highly recommend to look somewhere else for service.

I totally understand and respect any business that has standards for their operation. When I called this morning I was not requesting that the rules be changed but asking as someone that now as of 24 hours ago needs an emergency tooth extraction IF there were any available appointments for a particular date. I was told by no uncertain terms that I could even KNOW IF surgery times were available on that date without coming in for a consultation. I explained that I could come in for a consultation on any date and time but ONLY had a certain date available for the surgery since it is IV sedation (that is the only day someone is available to come with me). Although I know Jaime felt like she remained professional and stuck to her guns per se, I would never utilize a practice that mishandles new patients in such a way. It felt as though all this practice was interested in was obtaining my funds for a consultation already knowing that they wouldn't be able to accommodate my requested surgery day. If it feels cold, uncomfortable and unaccommodating on the FIRST phone call, to someone with extreme dental anxiety... THIS IS NOT THE PRACTICE FOR YOU!

I had the best experience ever. Once I arrived my wait was less the 10min. Dr. Brown and staff were very pleasant. My procedure took less than twenty minutes and I was pain free! Thank you Dr. Brown you're the best!

My father has just moved back to Maryland. He needed immediate help and the receptionist Abbey was able to fit us in the same day. The dental assistant,Savannah has such a great personality, she really made him feel at ease. We were both amazed at how efficient Dr Brown was. She knew he had another appointment to get to and she reassured him that the procedure would be completed in plenty of time for him to get to his next appointment. She was right! Thanks for a great experience.
