She began her private practice in Sea Girt, NJ, later in Manahawkin, NJ and finally in the present location in Toms River. Her post graduate education includes completion of advanced clinical courses with the internationally esteemed Dawson Center and Hornbrook group focusing specifically on occlusion, smile design and full mouth reconstruction. She is currently on the board of trustees and was the former President of the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society, serves on the council on Annual session for the New Jersey Dental Association, and is a clinical instructor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
Outside the office, she is now spending time much of her free time with her daughter and her new grandson, Mason. She also loves the beach with friends and going to see her son play music locally around Monmouth and Ocean county.
Karen graduated with her Dental Hygiene degree in 1993 and obtained her B.S from Rutgers University in 1995. She has been working as a dental hygienist more than 20 years, and for Dr. Andricsak for the past 7 years.
