Since 2017, we have had the capability to do 3D scanning of your teeth and surrounding bone. With this technology available in the office, Dr. Cech can see more detailed anatomy than with traditional digital xrays thereby diagnosing and planning more predictable treatment.
We are excited to be using platelet rich fibrin (PRF) in routine dental procedures involving extractions and implants. PRF is a bioactive band-aid created from your own blood and placed in surgical sites to promote healing. It involves a simple blood draw which is then processed in a medical device called Intraspin. The results after processing are your own natural growth factors and defense cells that helps regeneration and decreases recovery time in the area used.
With the power of SIROLaser, Dr. Cech is able to provide sophisticated soft tissue laser services in a comfortable and efficient manner. Our laser can be used to provide discomfort-free gum/pocket elimination thereby improving overall dental health.
SureSmile Aligner therapy is designed to align your teeth comfortably and is staged to deliver results in the shortest possible time. Aligners are developed from digital impressions and virtually sent to the US based SureSmile laboratory to develop your custom plan. The plan is then reviewed by Dr. Cech (and yourself) for approval and then the aligners are fabricated and changed at home regularly to allow for safe and accurate movement.
Dr. Cech attended Boston University School of Dentistry and went on to complete a General Practice Residency in NYC. Practicing dentistry alongside numerous specialists in a non-profit setting for 5 years was an invaluable education in seeing a patients care completed in one location. During this time, Dr. Cech was also associated with a private practice allowing her to experience the business of dentistry for a truly diverse clientele.
Dr. Cech opened her practice in Manchester, Vermont in 1995 and has watched it evolve into a comprehensive general practice with wonderful patients. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Vermont State Dental Society, Arizona State Dental Association and CEREC doctors.
Lauren has worked in the customer service and office management industries for years. She is professional in every way and loves being a part of a team that delivers first-class patient care. Her focus is assisting each patient in understanding care, scheduling and explaining financial arrangements in a compassionate manner.
Rachel has been a dental assistant for over 12 years, after graduating from Hudson Valley Community College with her degree in Dental Assisting and Science and has been with our team since spring of 2019. Rachel is also a trained phlebotomist performing blood draws here for our oral surgery services. She is always excited to embrace up-and-coming technology which improves our patients overall experience.
Paxton graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in 2017 with her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She continued her education and graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene with a concentration in Education from Mount Ida College in 2018.
