Been going there since Doc. Willard came along. He looks about 18, but he's very good at what he does. Explains each step along the way, whether it be a simple filling, or a crown placement. I don't mind waiting a little bit for him, because I expect the same attention to detail as he gives the patient before me. My wife and kids have all had very positive experiences with him. I reccomend him to everyone.

Would highly recommend Catey Williams Dental, they are professional, friendly, and take the time to explain things. They made me feel comfortable as I am nervous about dentists. The Doctor was very gentle and took the time to explain everything to me before. If I could give more Stars I would.

I was turned away from this establishment because they were "at capacity" to offer services to someone with medicaid. As soon as that became clear the mood changed quickly and the conversation ended abruptly. Clearly interested in money over community wellness.

First time coming here and was very happy with the service I received. Besides exceeding the expectation of it being super clean and thorough, everyone was super friendly. No doubt I will be back here for all of my dental needs.

Dr. Williams is condescending to parents of children with tooth problems. It's bad enough taking your child to the dentist and then having to deal with her saying "So what is it...juice, candy, sweets. What's the problem?" Not to mention my husband's tooth repair lasted all of 11 months and chipped back off. Not great repair work either. Pricey!!!!

My family and I had been going to Catey Williams Dental since 2001. Over the years as they have expanded their practice, their office staff has become unfriendly and it doesn't matter if it is in front of a full waiting room. I drove 45 minutes on 7/26/18 to get an X-Ray for a sore tooth only to find out they don't take my most recent insurance; that she felt the need to announce what type of insurance I have to everyone there. I was told it was my fault because I didn't ask. So I left, humiliated in front of a waiting room full of people. Anne is probably the most rude and condescending person I have ever had to deal with in a medical/dental office. When I called her back to tell her we would no longer be taking our business there, she told me it was because I was upset that she didn't read my mind. Oh and she was having a bad day at 8:15am. Then when I tried to discuss it with her, she puts me on hold without saying a word while I'm still talking. They don't even care that they have lost patients due to their disrespect. This is not the first time she has been disrespectful to me or one of my children, but it certainly is the last. I'm done with being treated that way, future prospective patients beware.

She is very nice. I am so afraid of the dentist and she always makes me feel at ease. I don't cry when I go to the dentist any longer and I give her all the credit.

Young and needed dentures...they were excellent and supportive. My new teeth look real as can be. 100% impressed.
