Love Dr. Cater. He was really patient with with kid who seems to listen to no one. Griselda is the person presenting treatment and she is great at engaging kids in conversations

I'll go ahead and give three stars but disclose that it was closer to 2 2&1/2. Appointments usually involve a 20 plus waiting period before you're even seen, and then the techs seem to be hurried. Twice I had the front desk person tell me that I didn't have an appointment when I came in. Both times I received the customary email and the text to confirm these appointments. I'm not happy with how my teeth turned out. I opted to get Invisalign in order to straighten out my crowded lower teeth to avoid multiple cleanings per year. This was accomplished but I'm not happy with my bite and I now avoid chewing on one side. I also have many noticeable "triangles" which is a disappointment. During the beginning stages of COVID, dealing with this office was a cluster and their phone system was impaired. We've since moved out of State and I plan on finding resolution in our new location.

The receptionist "Carmen" is unprofessional. She talks bad about customers behind their backs. She's rude, disrespectful and give attitude to patients. They can't even keep appointments on track. My daughter was kept waiting on the lobby for 50 min and they were calling other patients that had their appointment later than my daughter. Once she was called they spend less than 5min with her.

I absolutely love this place! The receptionist to the girls in back, including the amazing doctor, are all so welcoming and great! I'm glad I chose this place to get my braces. They take you in in no longer than 2/3 minutes and take their time of course. Making sure you are as comfortable as possible! I'm getting my moneys worth. Can't wait to see my new and improved smile!

I absolutely love this place! The receptionist to the girls in back, including the amazing doctor, are all so welcoming and great! I'm glad I chose this place to get my braces. They take you in in no longer than 2/3 minutes and take their time of course. Making sure you are as comfortable as possible! I'm getting my moneys worth. Can't wait to see my new and improved smile!

Need braces? Need a manageable payment? No problem come to Cater Galante Orthodontics, they are really nice and have a great attitude. This dentist is recommended by me, myself. I got invisible aligners and they fit perfectly. You might be thinking that dentist don't care how they fit ok your teeth, no these dentist care for every detail of the aligner and how it look on your teeth and also to make sure if they get into place. It worth this opportunity. Thanks Dr. Galante & Cater for the invisalign and the manageable payment.
