I've been to Dr. Navarro a few times-- love that she is a fellow Ardsley mom, and she has always been wonderful. Her hygienists and assistants have always been very kind, gentle, and welcoming. I called recently to make an appointment and left a detailed message with my availability and never heard back. A week later, I followed up myself with a call to her office and the receptionist that answered was not friendly and she was extremely unhelpful. Unfortunately, because of this I will not be going back. I work in customer service and I was so put off by her attitude! It's a shame but now I'll be finding a new dentist.

I cannot say enough about the office and Dr. Navarro. She is so honest, trustworthy and professional. I've been going to her for 2 years and always have a great experience, although I cringe when I think about my teeth being cleaned. I also brought my 9 year old girls in to get a second opinion (we were going to a pediatric dentist before) and she was so great with them. My kids actually left saying they can't wait to go back!

I have been coming to Dr. Navarro for over 10 years. The office is clean, organized and updated with the newest technology and tools. Her staff is accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

Since moving a few years ago, I've been coming to Dr.Navarros' office. Not only is the office fabulous and modern, but the the staff is also exceptional. Not forgetting to mention Dr. Navarro herself is amazing, she takes time her time, has a great bedside manner, and is very thorough providing alternative options. The level of professionalism and care is beyond sincere. I highly recommend those who are looking for a calm, hygienic, kind, respectable dentistry in the Ardsley, NY are to consider a visit at the Navarro Family Dental Care.

Woderful dentist for myself and children. Gentle, fully explains all options, and does not use too much anesthetic so that you are numb for hours after. Followed Dr. Navarro to her clean, new office a few years ago and very happy I did. Staff is also professional and caring. I don't usually write reviews but this dentist is awesome.

Dr. Navarro is amazing! The best dentist I've had since moving back to NY from Hawaii. Bounced around and my son also had horrible dental experiences before we came here. The pediatric dentist in Navarro's office is also equally as amazing. For the first time my son said going to the dentist was not that bad and he actually had a good time. The day before his visit he was in tears and walking out of the dentist that day he couldn't wait to try his new toothbrush and toothpaste! A miracle! As long as we're in NY we'll always go here.

Patient first, that's how this office is run. I had the same dentist for 20 years before he retired. I bounced around until I found Dr. Navarro. Her and her staff treat you like family. No high pressured sale tactics, honest explanations and fantastic treatment is what you can expect here.

Patient first, that's how this office is run. I had the same dentist for 20 years before he retired. I bounced around until I found Dr. Navarro. Her and her staff treat you like family. No high pressured sale tactics, honest explanations and fantastic treatment is what you can expect here.
