I luv this place. All the staff and doctors are fabulous. They make u feel very comfortable here&they always make sure patients are ok. Doctors & techs are very good. Most of my family come here also. They are really honest on the work you need done & they have payment plans. I highly recommend this place. Thank you staff @ Catalina Foothills Dental for being the fabulous people you are & having the fabulous place open. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental work.

This was my first visit to CFFD. Every employee, from the receptionist to the MDM, provided outstanding service. This had to be one, if not, the best dentist office I have visited and I am 60 years old. I highly recommend this office and will be returning.

My dentist retired, so I tried this place out. The staff were all very nice and seemed to be in really good spirits. The hygienist was great and the Dr was kind and listened to my concerns when we spoke.

I just went for the first time today and so far so good. They were nice snd professional and I feel very safe and comfortable going there again. No issues with extra fees or anything I've seen on other reviews for other dentist offices.

I have been a patient at this office for many years and will be there as long as they are open. Courtney the hygienist does a great job and Dr Icely is thorough and gentle. The whole office is super kind and friendly. I get honest input regarding treatment and have not had any issues with insurance and billing. I travel across town to go to them because they are worth it.

Catalina Foothills Family Dental Practice is one of the best practices I have ever gone to. I received excellent dental care and everyone in the office was wonderful! I would highly recommend this practice.

I love this place. I haven't seen dentist for a while and I really needed good dentist and I went to this place. Dr. Chelsea is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing, and she did the best crown and filled some of my teeth. Her staff is also extremely helpful. Thank you so much for the excellent dental care you've always given me.

Yes, 5 Star rating! No mistake there! Catalina Foothills Family Dental is by far the Best of the Best. I had waited too long to get back to a Dentist and my teeth needed help. Dr. Mitchell and everyone, were caring, kind, and considerate, and did an awesome job of showing that. Clear information was provided as to what steps I needed to take and how I could get the help I needed...and more than that. Dr. Chelsea Mitchell also cared enough to ask about me and, even to ask what my concerns may be as to the dental work I needed. The Staff (all of them!) are also very caring, sincere, and are there to ensure folks like me and you will be cared for professionally and given the Best of the Best help needed. We've been going here for a couple years, every visit has been a 5/5. However my last visit was the worst. I had 2 fillings. The dental assistant kept slamming her roller chair into my arm, like 20 times. She also had the heaviest hand I have ever had to experience. She barked random words at me, telling me what she wanted me to do with my head and mouth and jammed the water and suction tube into my gums and down my throat. I visibly jerked and jumped many times. The dentist kept apologizing but it kept happening. A patient obviously can't walk out in the middle of an appointment so I was trapped. Making it through the appointment was incredibly difficult and uncomfortable. As I left I asked them to make a note on my chart so I would never have her as an assistant again.

Dr Icely was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that he did not make me feel embarrassed about my smile of crooked teeth, that had migrated for 50 years since the end of my orthodontic treatments. I asked about a second orthodontic process to restore my teeth to a better, more aesthetic position. He said that this could be done, but might run the risk of causing further gum recession or bone loss. I suggested grinding off one front tooth to match the other, which he could quickly and inexpensively. Dr Icely suggested one small relatively inexpensive veneer, if the grinding did not make a big enough difference for me. Didn't push... my choice. Dr Icely express no judgment about my snaggle-toothed smile, and no pressure to try to re-create a perfect alignment again. He gave me the facts, some options, and did not try to sell me a complete mouthful of veneers, suggesting that he is a "minimalist". I appreciate his approach to my dental care. A happy customer!!

Dr. Mitchell and all of the staff I've encountered are amazing! This is by far the most compassionate, efficient, and skilled dental office I've ever been to. They have a great savings plan that I signed up for, if you're getting any major work done it may save you a lot of $. Since becoming a patient last year I've gotten a root planing / scaling treatment, regular cleaning, several cavities filled & a crown fabricated & placed for my implant. Every process has gone really smoothly. Everyone there works together so well, the vibe there is immaculate. I'm a self pay customer and have found their prices comparable to other providers, but the service, well I'd be surprised if there's a better dental office in Tucson, they really care for their patients here & it shows.

Everyone here is always very friendly and makes going to the dentist less scary. I had a cavity filled by Dr. Mitchell recently and she was great- it was quick, easy, and painless. I would recommend her + this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I had an appointment today at 2:00 p.m. which was booked 2 & 1/2 months ago. Did all of my paperwork on-line, gave insurance information, etc. Got a call to confirm my appointment for today on 3 days prior. Got a call 4 hours before my appointment asking if I had my xrays. I was never asked to bring previous xrays and they usually take new xrays and I haven't been to the dentist since 2019 because of COVID. Apparently they can't get a hold of Delta Dental to confirm effective date of policy and contact previous dentist to get xrays emailed over and call insurance company to get it straightened out. Being at work, I can't just drop everything and make these calls that are simply their job. I got an excuse that they were short staffed blah blah. Well so is my work but we get out work and due diligence done. Basically I was asked to do their job and if I was told of the issues on Monday I couldn't taken care of it. This is incompetent, unprofessional and unacceptable. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and went back to my previous dentist further away. I will not recommend this dental office to anyone and being short staffed is not an excuse for incompetency!

They were nice. I had a bad filling fixed here and it still hurts but its getting better over time. I am getting a fancy mouth guard to reduce the damage from grinding at night.
