Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. This place is a RIP OFF! Paid our monthly bill in office and a week later they took out of our Bank Account so they got paid DOUBLE And won't return our money back to our account. And don't care. The manger is either not there or on the phone and they let you set on the phone for 8 minutes without getting back to you. PEOPLE BEWARE When you do payment plans. Bad bad bad

I love these people. Hannah, front desk goddess, so very helpful. Yuni and Janet are cool too... Ready to assist. Brianna- she makes me smile, I mean other than when she's taking my x-rays when smiling is almost necessary. And she laughs at my dentist jokes. Dr. Karan, he's fabulous. He's the McDreamy of the dentist world. I never knew how important it was for a dentist to smell good until he leaned across me to help heal a tooth ailment. So helpful, so willing to hear my feelings and fix the things that are going on. I changed them to be my dentist because they are so dang great! Kindness goes a long way people. Everyone needs to be shown kindness even at the dds.

They said since I didn't come in for two years they won't do a cleaning unless I do more X-rays & exams. That's the reason why I didn't come in the past two years, they always take more money from my insurance when not needed. Just want a routine cleaning. Last time they wouldn't clean it unless I paid more out of pocket. They are crooks No I do t need to call, I did & you refuse to help with what I need not more money out of my pocket for a routine cleaning. My insurance paid for cleanings. Just do the routine cleaning. Smh

Front staff and schedulers could use some training on how to treat customers. I made an appointment at the same time as my daughter, which was scheduled 6 months in advance, at the end of our last appointment. They reached out to me a couple of days before the appointment, to confirm my daughter's appointment, which I responded to. But I was never reached out to about mine. To my surprise I get to the office at the time of our appointments and they tell me that they can see my daughter but they can't see me because my appointment was canceled due to lack of confirmation. And another emergency appointment was booked in that time slot. They ended up having me get seen by their part time hygienist, an hour after my scheduled appointment, but not by my usual dentist. When I had asked about rescheduling both appointments, the earliest they were able to reschedule us was 3-4 months out. So if they are that busy then I guess they clearly don't need my business. It's a shame because I really did like the tech staff and dentists! The front staff badly needs training. Awful customer service skills. Every time you call, they have you on hold forever and then after some time you hear ringing post which an automated message says "no one is available right now. Goodbye!". And if you call back and tell them not to place you on hold because of what happens, they take down your number and never call you back. Their after hours on-call service folks state they will leave notes for the front office to call back, and they never do. I had tried calling them daily for two weeks straight before I actually talk to someone. Needless to say we will be looking for another place to go to. One that wants our business.

This place was amazing !! My last dentist moved away and was so nervous to try a new office but im so glad i did. Dr.Lee made my expirence go great. After the check up the office manager Yuni came in and explain everything to me and was so helpful with the payment option and upcoming appointments. Great staff here I recommend this place to everyone

This office is the best! After living a nightmare at my last office Dr Kim has taken care of my husband and I! He is so sweet and Gental as well as his assistants! The manager went over my husbands treatment and explained lines for line of what he needs and made us feel comfortable. Being so busy she made sure we understand and answered all our questions. Thank you Dalia for helping my husband walk to his room you are a angel! I would definitely refer more friends and family.

I have just canceled an appointment in another, clinic, they have the worst customer service. I am going back to the Castro Valley Smiles Dentistry office to finish the procedures that have to be done in my mouth. I like the assistants there, they all very friendly, also the front desk, everyone is very helpful, and the doctors explained to me very clear what has to be done with my teeth. Thanks to all in the Castro Valley Clinic!!

This office was very Loveable. Their customer service was great and I didn't have to wait that long which was amazing and did great work in the office and while doing my teeth. The office manager Yuni was very friendly and help me out through talk my financial questions

i had a crown and a filled molar i was inpain wen i chewed they made spent over 1300 dls and it was another molar thst was cracked i went 2 years with the pain wen i chew now i m without money for my new tooth that broke by itself. and that was the problem verry disapointed

After visiting this place for getting some work done I'm definetly coming back. Walking in I was very nervous about having my tooth filled since it was my first time. The front office greeted me with nothing but smiles and helped answer and assist me with any questions and paperwork needed. The manager,Yuni, came out and saw me and took care of all info needed for the billing as well as help talk me through the process of what was about to happen. She definetly helped talk my nerves down and cleared up any horrors I had about my tooth. I went and saw the dentist and he fixed me right up and when I came out Yuni , checked to make sure I had a good experience and also help schedule a follow up visit. Very customer friendly environment and also very professional. Will be coming back here for any and all my dental needs
