Loved Michelle! She was very thorough on a clean. She gave me really good advice on how to do better on brushing which I really appreciate since I take my teeth hygiene very seriously! Totally recommend Michelle. The atmosphere here is amazing and highly recommended to anyone who is serious about keeping their teeth healthy.

This place is like no other! Dr. Chen and her staff are very nice and seriously amazing! My experience every time has been very good, and my teeth feel extremely clean. You can count on them to take care of your teeth. I have not seen any other place remove stains like this office does. I will come here as long as I can!

I've been a faithful client of Dr.Chen for almost 7 years now (first time in my life I'm having such a long and steady relationships with a dentist). Dr. Chen and her crew are amazing! Their professionalism aside - the whole office just exudes warmth and hospitality. And speaking about professionalism - I am more than satisfied! My teeth are well taken care of and never have I ever had less issues with them than in this past 7 years. I am a one happy client!

Dr Chen and the stuff are the best! They go above and beyond in patient support and care. Not only they provide an excellent treatment, but also answer all the questions (and we have a lot!) and ready to jump on a urgent matter even outside of the office hours. Dr Chen is extremely reliable, calm and knowledgeable doctor. You can always count on her team!

I am new to Castro Common General Dentistry but I have to say Dr. Chen and her Staff are super friendly and professional. I've never had to wait more than a 5 minutes for my appointments (mind you I show up on time though). The office is clean and bright throughout, and I am happy to see they observed the Covid protocols. I am glad I came here.

Love Dr. Chen who's knowledgeable and caring!! Her team always gives me very warm and polite feeling. The facility is very tidy and clean. No hassle about insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Chen's dental service.

I like Dr. Chen and her team. They are professional, thoughtful, thorough and kind. The office is well equipped, and every room has great privacy. It is also located in a quiet and peaceful part of town. Staff takes great cautions regarding COVID19. There are wipes and hand sanitizers available. Temperature check and self-declared health screening forms are required. All forms are online so you don't have to sign anything on-site. There are dozens of dental offices in this region, and I consider myself lucky to find Dr. Chen's office.
