Dr. Zareh found his passion for dentistry in the year 2000. While completing his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Riverside he started working at a family dental practice part time.
In his own words, his mission here at Dental Views is: I want to create a wonderful experience for our patients that is both encouraging and warm. A place they know they will be treated well at an exceptional value. His favorite past time activities are Working on cars, Backpacking, and competition paintball.
Meet Kerry! She and Dr. Zareh work closely together to improve the operations of The Dental Views. She is the Regional Manager for all 9 locations, and has worked her way up in the dental field for the last 14 years. Kerry graduated with a Masters degree in Organizational Management and Leadership. Her experience has made her proficient in leadership training as well as managing multiple offices successfully. In her free time she is devoted to her three wonderful boys who are the highlight of her life. Her passion and dedication to succeed is the reason behind her abilities to overcome any obstacle presented.
Meet Ardi! He is the director of marketing at the Dental Views. He is a marketing guru specializing in the dental industry. He has been helping Dental Views grow and optimize their marketing efforts. Also, he is heavily involved in improving the patient experience quality at the Dental Viewss offices. He is a graduate of University of California, Irvine where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering. His passion is to help grow businesses that help people.
With an experience in the Dental industry for over 24 years, One of her greatest achievements is building a Revenue Cycle Department from 15 offices to over 200+ offices and increasing collections year over year. Also, she is a 3 Time XP Award Winner 2009 Gold, 2010 Diamond and Platinum, 2011 Diamond and Platinum.
When we ask the question as to what she will bring to our company, she says, I wish to aid Dental Views with my knowledge and skills by increasing collections, streamlining processes and implementing new processes to help aid in increased revenue and collections.
Her primary role is to ensure call quality and improve patient satisfaction at the call center. She is quite familiar with the often complex procedures and can help guide patients with the appropriate treatment direction. Amber constantly strives to schedule patients and maximize revenue for the organization but at the same time she has an insatiable drive to help our patients as much as possible.
Sabrina has over 3.5 years of work experience all here at Dental Views working with Dr. Zareh. She started as an intern at Cityview Dental Care, one of our offices, then got hired as an assistant, got promoted to the position of Clinical Admin Assistant to the Regional team and finally is now working as a Regional Clinical Coordinator.
Robert has spent several years in the advertising industry working as an HR professional. For Dental Views, Robert is passionate about working to develop a collaborative, team and goal oriented, and inclusive employee experience.

I had booked an appointment with Castle View Dental Care from the time that the receptionist answered the phone up into even my appointment day every thing was very simple the receptionists are very polite when I even got my texts they reminded my appointment frequently and they also set me directions and address and phone number which was very helpful first I met with Oscar he did all my x-rays he is the oral hygienist there he was also very polite very thorough explained everything answered all my questions . Dentist was amazing as well he explained everything even showed me pictures which was awesome it helped me out a lot to understand everything that was going on. I have a lot of work that needs to be done Amy was also one of the nurses we had a good laugh she was also amazing. I've been met with Yvette the office manager to go over my dental plan and what needed to be done and the cost she spent quite a bit of time helping me out to figure all the resources and everything that I would need everyone was amazing I would definitely recommend them my dental work starts on Thursday I am so excited!!!

Going to Castleview Dental was without a doubt the best decision I have ever made for my oral health in my entire life I have a pretty typical story. Low income family growing up, little to no adult responsibility for our oral hygiene or care as kids, and then on top of that Type 2 diabetes, stacked teeth, and heavy crowding. At a certain point, there's just no way to save them. I knew I wanted to go for implants. I didn't need to be sold on the idea, just needed to do my research and find the best office with staff I gelled with and a price I could live with. Most places are so superficial about implants, or are literally just trying to sell you something. I've worked in marketing, so the gimmicks were overwhelming most places. Not at castleview dental. They just listened. They heard what I wanted, gave me my options, and sat back to let me decide. Once I became an official patient, the staff were just phenomenal. Always sweet, good natured, perfect bedside manner, amazing senses of humor, and non judgemental. If I wasn't a patient, there are at least a couple of people that I can just legitimately see myself becoming friends with. Added bonus, I have Autism and have always had trouble with dentist noises. Before I even asked about it, they encouraged me to bring headphones to wear while they worked to help reduce anxiety. The last place I went to didnt allow that even with my special needs. To have a place that suggests it for anyone is a huge deal! I have now had both top and bottom implants put in and am in the healing phase. I was going to wait until the end and for my final teeth to be put in before reviewing, but I couldn't wait any longer. I love this place and their staff! I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Fallah, Mike, Yvonne, Nikki, and Rose. I think I am missing someone, so I'll have to add them later. But they have honestly completely changed how I look at dental work and dentists. The absolute sweetest, genuine, lovely people!

I've been to 3 dentist now to help me with my teeth, I can only hope that I made the right decision with Castleview they truly made me feel like this might be the best choice. They had so much empathy for me I felt safe .

So far so good. This dental office is top notch with the latest in dental imaging equipment and high quality staff members. I appreciate Dr. Martorell's honesty and candor and look forward to experiencing quality dentistry under his care. My journey has only just begun and I hope to report back with rave reviews once the process is complete. Figures crossed! I have always had terrifying experiences with dentists, thus my lax in maintenance. I hope I will happily call this office my home. Time will tell.

Needed a simple cleaning and to order a night guard, no problem according to the front desk. The cleaning was okay and the front staff is friendly which is the only reason for the two stars. However, if you have any questions around your insurance their specialist isn't in. If you have to get a night guard, their impression specialist isn't in. They will gladly charge you for the service without providing it and then over charge because they aren't willing to check with insurance. If you ask for a refund because they can't preform something in the back that the front said they could do without any issues, their refund specialist isn't in. If you have any reservations about going to the dentist, this is not the dental office for you. I think they could be better if they just had better communication and was open about their limitations.
