Dr. Chamberlain is originally from Reno, NV. At an early age he moved to Provo, UT, where he attended high school and college at Brigham Young University (BYU). After serving a full-time mission to Fresno, California, he returned to BYU, met his wife, Tamara Marshall, and received his B.S. in psychology with a minor in musical theater. Dr. Chamberlain then attended Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) School of Dentistry in Portland, OR, receiving his D.M.D. with honors in 2000. He then completed a full time two-year residency program at OHSU in orthodontics and dento-facial orthopedics. Dr. Chamberlain loves the specialty of orthodontics and has completed thousands of cases.
In 2002, Dr. Chamberlain opened Chamberlain Orthodontics in Chandler, AZ. The practice grew quickly, and he soon opened three additional orthodontic offices across Chandler, Phoenix and Glendale, AZ. Dr. Chamberlain has been honored to be a recipient of multiple awards, including the Phoenix Business Journals Community Impact award in 2017, the Chandler Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award in 2018 and has been listed as a top orthodontist in the Phoenix area since 2004 by Phoenix Magazine. At the time he moved from Arizona, his combined practices were the highest-reviewed orthodontic offices in the Phoenix area. He has brought his knowledge, experience and skill back home to Utah. I was raised in Provo, Utah. I met my wife in Utah and this great state has always been my home in my heart. My family and I made the decision to move back to Utah and follow our dreams. My wife always wanted to return and teach as faculty at BYU and I had always wanted to become a member of the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square. We already had a daughter in Utah and our whole family was thrilled to be closer to skiing, horseback riding, hiking and the outdoors.
I have been married to my amazing wife, Tamara, since 2002. With the marriages of our two oldest, we now have 6 kids to call our own and one new grandson. When Im not doing what I love at work, our growing family and the above activities keep us quite busy and happy.
Dr. Chamberlain has won multiple awards over the years including being voted by Phoenix Magazines Best Orthodontist for several years. Phoenix Business Journals Community Impact award for a Small Business and Chandler Chamber of Commerces Small Business of the Year award. Donie has been working in the orthodontic field for 15 years. She has been married for 30 years and has one son and one daughter and has recently enjoyed a new grandbaby! Donie enjoys spoiling her fur babies while she patiently waits for more grandchildren.
Hello my name is Deena Schade and I have lived in Carbon County all of my life. I love living here and being a part of our community. I married my high school sweetheart Bobby Schade and recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. Together we have two kids Calie and Cooper. Calie is a special education teacher at the Castle Valley Center. Cooper is going to be a senior at Carbon High School, and keeps us very busy with many football and baseball games. Calie got married in 2018 to Garrett who is currently serving in the Navy. Bob and I are expecting our first grandbaby in December 2020, and we cant wait to be Grandparents!
I have worked for Castle Valley Orthodontics for 8 years, and I am so lucky that I get to work with my sister Donie every day. I love working here and I have built lifelong friendships. I have made so many great memories with my coworkers and patients, and hope to continue making many more.
Hello! My name is Caitlin Giraud and Ive been an assistant at Castle Valley Orthodontics for about 4 years now, I also work for the pediatric Dentist and Ive been there for 5 years! When Im not working I like to be with my husband whether it be hanging out at home, going on hikes, playing with our dog named Duke, playing in the yard, or going shopping! Hi Im Taylor! I was raised in Emery County Utah. I currently live in a very small town called Cleveland. I have worked in the dental industry for 3 years and have worked as an Orthodontist assistant for about a year and a half. My favorite part about my job is seeing the before and the after results of braces, getting to know the patients, and working with my coworkers.
