Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I've been a patient at Castle Dental for a little over 2 years. I've always enjoyed interacting with their staff and the service is always great. I don't think I've ever had an unsatisfactory dental visit.

I took my 8 years old son to castle dental for a check up and cleaning. My son was a little nervous and all the personal, in a special way Dr. Stowell, were so kind with him. We had a great experience!

Dr Stowall And the dental assistant Provided exceptional services I am a person who is always scared to go to the dentist the team was polite , Courteous and very knowledgeable They were careful to be very gentle And let me know a little bit more than I've learned before I will recommend this dentist office to my friends and family Thank you Carlos Niehoff

I had a great experience at the Castle Dental in Spring. The dentist was honest and not trying to take my money like other locations. The staff was very helpful and I will be back.

I'm finally old enough to write this review. Castle dental was the first dental experience I can remember and it has left me with an extreme phobia of the dentist. This is not a good dental office for children, unfortunately we had just moved so my mom wasn't aware of that fact. I was a very very young child and for a filling they strapped my arms and legs down so I was completely unable to move. This is called "papoosing" I believe, and made me panic and was terrifying for obvious reasons. I was a very quiet and well tempered child so I'm not quite sure why the restraints were necessary, even my mom asked for the restraints to not be used but they told her it was mandatory for children that were my age and younger. A simple Google search will tell you that this is a technique that is not recommended as it is extremely inhumane, absolutely terrifying for young children, and often performed by individuals who are not properly trained. Your child could easily become injured. I remember crying because they were hurting me, but they didn't take me seriously (maybe because I was young?). It was a god awful experience. My mom never took me back there after that.

I went there a few years ago for a implant. Never again. They require payment upfront contrary to insurance agreement. After the procedure I got a bill for more even though they said they would not even start unless everything was paid in full first. I call my insurance company and learned they were over billing me and they ended up having to refund me money rather than me paying them more like they were asking. During the implant the person doing it seemed new. Had to keep going into the next room to ask a factory rep from the implant manufacturer what to do next. Seemed dishonest to me. I won't trust them again. Implant has been good so far though. Just to bad they can't be honest. Incidentally I am finding a similar experience now as dentopolis near 99 in the harmony area by Spring. There has to be an honest dentist somewhere.

Customer service at the desk was very disappointing. There was no communication in getting an appointment accurately. I basically had to sit there the whole day and wait for the dentist.
