Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

do NOT trust this dental office by any means. recently went for a checkup and cleaning and was told I'm in need of a $600 deep cleaning AFTER insurance. never in my life have I been told this.. I'm young, I floss, brush, and take great care of my teeth. They basically told me I have periodontal disease. Had a second dentist take a look at the same x-rays from another office who said the dentist who told me I need a deep cleaning is wack-o. Since they take many different kinds of insurances, they are likely to try and scam you into services you don't really need. be very cautious and shame on castle dental! Told them I was a college student and they still tried to scam me.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The office is clean, and the waiting area is too. My hygienist was professional and funny. Dr. Gupta was accommodating and informative regarding a treatment plan. If all of my dental visits were this good, I would not have avoided going for such a long time.

While everyone I have met has been super friendly and amazing the actual medical care has felt sub par. The doctor I saw was unable to numb a tooth and rather than stop and figure it out they said just raise your hand when it hurts and we will give you a break. On top of that numerous failing fillings over all while it think everyone there is nice I will not be returning.

Castle Dental needs to hire more dental hygienists so we don't have to make a 2nd appointment for a cleaning. This location has only 1 person that works Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Very friendly and accommodating! Dr Gupta is amazing helped me so much! The staff are very friendly. No one was judgemental or rude. It's a small thing but I hope they continue to improve so I have one bit to say. 4 instead of 5 because I felt a little confused more than once. I feel like there is room to improve the explanation process. Several times I've had questions and felt like the explanation was not clearly stated or given. I don't think it was a lack of desire. I think maybe the staff are too busy. It was more like my questions were forgotten. I'm hoping that it is due to staffing shortages and that everything will be 5 stars in the future! Overall I will be back again!

This location closed. They closed without any apology call/letter to advise to pt's. I was scheduled for my follow up visit after getting my wisdom teeth removed, I arrived to my appointment and doors are locked with notice of office is closed. I call the LA Frontera location to see what is a pt to do giving the lady the information I was seeing at the door she placed me on hold coming back letting me sorry yes that location is closed they no longer have provider.

I've been trying for 3 days to make an appointment. They apparently don't answer their phone or return messages, and they don't call you back to confirm the appointment you schedule online. I'll happily improve my rating if they ever actually get back to me.

I have been coming to castle dental for a few years. I love the staff here and they always work with me when it comes to payments. There is a good financing program that helps for paying root canals, braces, and such. I have a great dr that I go too and my kids really love their new dr as well. He is kind, patient, gentle, and has great communication with his patients.

The front staff is very nice and friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by the Dentist not Hygienist. I felt he rushed my cleaning. They were short handed.

I went in for a periodontal cleaning. Heather was my hygienist for this procedure. This was the most thorough but also the most comfortable I have ever been for this type of procedure. The other ladies in the office are always pleasant and explain what is to be done and the cost before the procedure. They are a joy to work with
