Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I hadn't been to the dentist in about 20 years I needed to get checked out no cavities just had to do a deep cleaning. I was a bit nervous the first time I sat in the chair to get numbed the the dentist was in and out so fast I don't even think I felt the needle a month later on my second app for the bottom teeth cleaning I kept waiting for him to poke me and never felt it amazing needle skills and the nice lady who cleaned my teeth after was amazing

Dr. Pham and his assistant were absolutely funny and gentle. I think I also contributed to their laughter and they were cool about it, which made it even more exciting. The entire team from front to back were professional and courteous.

Poor communication. I was there for a very specific issue and after spending 1 and half hour I been told I am referred to another location for more diagnose and after that they may help. Appointments are weeks far away so to fix any simple solution need to wait more than a month . Also hygienist came and said she is going to do deep cleaning and not sure what has changed in 25 mins no nurse or dentist but front office staff came to escort me and went through treatment plan. Very unprofessional. I would not recommand any Castle Dental location here in Austin Area .

The dentist, periodontist and staff are amazing. Dr Pham is very friendly, knowledgable and very kind. He will address your teeth problem fast and in an moral manner and easy for patient to understand. Ms. Hoa is a great periodontist as well. Thank you Castle Dentist!

Overall, very nice and professional staff. They explained what was about to happen, and what should happen going forward as preventive maintenance. Scheduling has been very easy to do as well. Facility has always been nice and clean.

Dr.Pham was such a pleasant dentist. His bed side manner is so respectful and sweet. He's also very funny! The assistant was very sweet as well! Usually I get nervous going to see a dentist, but because I was so well treated, I'll be going back to this exact location from here on out. Great job guys!

Bad Experience at Louis Henna Blvd Branch. I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Harris (Periodontist) at 8 AM CST for my follow up appointment at Louis Henna Blvd. This was scheduled 6 weeks ago and I also received a confirmation email on Feb 3rd of my appointment. The day of appointment I walked into the clinic to find out that Dr. Harris is no longer with Castle Dental. No one called me to let me know this. I wasted my 6 weeks waiting for this appointment with the specialist whereas during this time I could have gone somewhere else had they let me know. Front desk staff said, if I want to see General dentist or drive to South Austin. Seriously?? General dentist could not resolve the issue so I was scheduled to meet with specialist and this is what I get plus driving to another location because of their poor management?? I wasted my time and trip and burnt out my time off at work for this. To top it off, the front desk staff was unwelcoming, unfriendly and never sorry once. Never going back again as you don't care about the severity of the health of your customer.

Very friendly staff, been going here for years, favorite dentist of all time! Moved away from the area years ago but I still make the trip out to Round Rock every six months for my appointments, it's totally worth it.

I had identity theft at Castle dental from their computer being hacked. I received the notification from their fraud department and because of this my credit card had to be suspended. Their equipment is outdated and there is not much privacy. Its basically an open bay with single stand alone walls so you can hear everything going on around you conversations, drills ect.. I also set an appointment for my son two months prior, the day of the appointment they told my son your mother should be here in order to accept the credit card which is inconvenient because Im at work so they denied payment and service that day. The front desk also never answers the phone no matter how much you call and they never return voice messages. I found another dentist next to my home to accept my card for my sons appointment without me being there.

Bad service. Not happy with their 1st service and decided to go with some other dental. I also got a call from a collection agency today that there is a balance from 2019. I never received a letter from them all sudden after 3 years got a call from collection. I won't recommend this to anybody at all.

I had my wisdom teeth removed. The process seemed quick. My only concern is that I couldn't fully wake up after being under anesthesia. One of the doctors sounded like she was getting annoyed that I couldn't keep my eyes open and she kept telling me several times "you need to wake up" in a stern tone. Maybe have a little more patience with those after a major surgery.

So far, so good. The receptionist waived my copay because I going back for round 2 soon enough that she deemed it one compound visit, which was a nice surprise. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Pham felt especially personable.
