Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

This place is the worst, my daughters had an appointment yesterday at 1pm, arrived at 12:50. Had 10 mins to wait because of lunch. No one was there with a key until about 1:28pm.This location has always horrible. Always changing employees, no one doesn't stay.

My husband was happy with the exams and follow up he had with the dentist and we were just concerned if he needed any antibiotics or the mouthwash he was told to use.

My dental appointment on 09/20/22 at Castle Dental was a very good one. Reena, the Hygienist, did a very professional job. She was very thorough and took care of every detail. I am very please with her work. I do recommend Castle Dental and Reena, the hygienist.

Made the appointments for teeth cleaning and got there waited for over an hour just to be told that they don't do teeth cleaning for new patients on the same day. Why can't they clarify that on the day you made appointment?! Or even, tell you when you sign in? Waste my time!

Calling in to the office to get an appointment to come in, the office opens at 9 but the answering service does not switch off until we'll after 10. Don't know if it automatically switches are if someone has to manually turn off. This is a service to your customers and I think it can be tweaked!

Dr. CJ was amazing!! Very patient, friendly, warm, and helpful. Every question and concern I had he addressed it. I felt well taken care of and cared for by Dr. CJ and the staff members from the front desk, to the back office. Will definitely recommend castle dental Rosenberg location to anyone!!

Been going here the past year since my insurance changed and it was closest to my home. Had 2 cleanings and 1 bleaching. Both times I have been treated by Salam, the Dental Hygienist....i think that's her name. Anyway she's is awesome. The Staff is friendly and welcoming. They haven't done anything scammy with me or tried to push extra services onto me like a few others have mentioned below.

GET A SECOND OPINION IF YOU GO HERE. Not sure if all castle dentals are trash but please don't trust the dentists here. Please save yourself and your wallet and go somewhere else!

Whatever they tell you here, get a second opinion. It's worth it. I was told I had periodontal disease and as a cash patient the care would be $1,766.00. Months passed, I got dental insurance, and went back. The treatment was still going to be $560.00, so I didn't want it. For some reason they weren't willing to just clean my teeth either. Felt scammy to be honest. I ended up going to another (more reputable) dentist - no mention of gum disease at all. When they checked my gums, it didn't even hurt! Meanwhile, Castle Dental had straight shoved that tool into my gums and made me bleed to convince me that I needed all sorts of procedures that I KNOW I didn't need.

I scheduled for a dental check up trying to get my teeth cleaned. They took me through multiple steps of X-rays. They probably did about 25 X-rays on my mouth and held me for over a hour. I waited in the dental chair for 30 min thinking they was going to clean my teeth the dental hygienist measured my gums etc. After that another person came to up sell me with the "why not close your gap and get braces it's better thing". At the end I asked are you guys still going to clean my teeth because I would've sworn that's the whole purpose for me coming here and scheduling an appointment. Instead they tell me I'll need to schedule another appointment. I was exited back to the lobby and told my inusurance will require me to pay 275 dollars for cleaning, 32 dollars for filling, and 2000 dollars for wisdom teeth extraction. They charged me like I'm not in they're network. If they really think I'm about to pay that much for anything they have another thing coming. I wouldn't recommend Castle Dental to my worse enemy.
