Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

Dr Mihaela Atanasiu is a very professional Dentist whom I trust completely to give me excellent oral care. No one likes to be in a dental chair but if you have to be then Dr A is who you want tending to your needs. I would go so far as to say in all my years (68) I have never found a more kind and understanding Dentist. MR BOYLAN

This facility was the only one of several with the compassion tp extract a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Even though the experience was not fun, I give them my thanks and appreciation for relieving my suffering! I would highly recommend Castle Dental as they truly do care!

I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit to Castle Dental, Pflugerville. I would highly recommend Dr. Atanasiu, Heather, Nancy and the entire staff. I suffer from "dental anxiety" but felt very comfortable during my visit and I don't even...dread my future visits !!! VERY...knowledgeable, efficient, clean and patient friendly!!!

Doctor A. and Natalie are extremely nice and explain the entire treatment plan in terms you can understand, Dr. A listens to your concerns and offers the best possible treatment plan. My one star is for the front office staff. NANCY SANCHEZ is extremely rude every. single.time I go into the office. Today I inquired about a treatment plan and my options. NANCY provided to tell me there is only one option available that their office completes. (Inaccurate information). I requested to speak to Dr A prior to having the services and there are in fact THREE options available for my treatment. Nancy refused to provide the other options. As I was speaking to Nancy inquiring on how her day was going since she clearly seemed irritated with answering questions she continues to be snappy and snatch the paperwork out of my hand. Apparently this is normal behavior from NANCY based off of the conversation I was having with the dental assistant. I asked another staff member if this was normal for Nancy to always be so rude considering she is the face of the office. Needless to say, this is normal behavior. I decided not to get the work completed do to the staff. I did request information for a manager to speak with however, NANCY refused to provide the information. I am hoping to speak to someone in management regarding Nancy's behavior and how she speaks to and treats the patient.

I almost always receive a deep cleaning from the dentist twice a year. Having visited Castle Dental, I am horrified by their unethical and cunning methods to swindle more money($543). However, the dental office will get some of the bills from the insurance company. But those people are greedy enough not to taking care of the patient, rather tell you the freaking story and make the patient nervous, just moved from other dentist 2 months ago from other state, and that dentist never ever told me that i have a periodontal disease, and taking care of the deep cleaning without any extra dime from me, but Castle gave me a lots of HASSTLE that i will not be able to forget. I just want to say that you should stay away from greedy crooks like these. Save your hard-earned money.$$$$$. Simple math!!! Thanks for reading this truth story.

After I was examined and told I would need extensive work. (A different dental office highly disagreed.) I was told to sit in the lobby and wait for a quote for future treatments. I sat there for ~30minutes. I stood up to ask what the status was and then was told "oh, we just now received the fax back from your insurance company." Then I was told there was more information needed. (This could have all been done prior to the appt.) I was told I would get a call with the final decision of insurance company and would be given a care plan. Even after numerous calls back to Castle Dental I was never given a return call. It has been ~ 6 months. I have since found a new dentist. The waiting room and exam areas all were very dated looking and in close quarters. 0/10. Would only suggest to my enemies.

The staff overall was nice but it is so difficult to schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone. I try calling at different times for the past several months and still can't get through. I then tried using the online service to schedule an appointment and I never got a confirmation email or call. Was never told that day wasn't available, was just scheduled for a different day/time without being consulted, and not even for the type of appointment that I needed. Now they are billing me for an appointment that I never scheduled or confirmed as if I had missed it (different appointment from the one I tried scheduling online). I again tried calling multiple times to ask them about this and no answer. I've left messages, that was several weeks ago, and still no one has bothered to return the call. I tried calling the customer service number but all that number does is direct you to your nearest location, which is useless because they don't answer. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
