Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

On November 1st, 2022, had routine cleaning scheduled for 11am. Both the receptionist and dental hygienist were awesome. Chelsea Glover my dental hygienist was especially very professional, extra gentle. She made my experience pleasant. Highly recommend her! 5 stars Prior, on October 31st, 2022 had xrays and exam done. Both xray technician and dentist (Dr Lee) were very professional and informative. They also made my experience pleasant. Highly recommend them! 5 stars. Thank you, Veronica E Martinez

If I could give everyone BUT the dentist 5 stars, I would. I normally don't have issues at this location but yesterday was disappointing and I was thoroughly underwhelmed. The front office staff were helpful, as usual. The hygienist/ assistants were attentive and nice. I've seen an oral surgeon that was very knowledgeable and professional too. The dentist was over the top ridiculous, rude, condescending and petty. The best thing for me to do was leave but I hope this helps someone. As long as you do the treatment plan she wants, you will have no problem. Whether you NEED it or not. Encourage them to respect your voice AND your dollars.

One of the worse things in life for me is a visit to the Dentist office. Considering my personal bias, I'll recommend this dentist and Castle Dental to anyone. Great place kind people.

I have had a awful time pulling teeth in the pass so when a tooth with a 30 yr old crown needed to be pulled I just knew I was in for a nightmare of an experience, such as divide the tooth and pulling it out in sections,, or digging out my root. I have even had my sinus cavity puncture in the passed. So my sweet castle dentist nulled my gum and while I felt she was just testing the tooth with a tug to the left and a tug to the right twice I heard hear softly say the tooth is out. No, we just started!!! I had to have heard her wrong. She got guaze which I just thought was to block pieces from going down my throat but No. We were actually finished. It was always taken longer to fill a cavity then this extraction. Bless Dr. Lee and her gentle touch. She is my dentist from here forward...also all the staff was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Castle Dental and Dr Lee.

Went in for cleaning didn't get it. Was given recommendations of what I needed. Was told it would be a diservce to to me to get it done before the other treatment. Let me make that decision. Still no teeth clean. I'm paying for the premium. But no come back for deep cleaning. I wanted to have my cleaning first. Then come back to pay the ungodly amount for the treatment out of pocket

Front desk is always so friendly over the phone and at check in. Dr. Lee completed my bridge work she is very kind and addressed everything including all my concerns. Chelsea did my deep cleaning and she was awesome explained every step of the way and made sure I was ok throughout the treatment. The entire staff is wonderful! I will always come to Castle Dental P-Land for my dental services.

I was really happy with my first time visit with all the Staff and Dr. Dung Le she was amazing , very professional and very knowledgeable of her business!! She was very thorough and went into full detail , very clear , and addressed all your dental concerns/issues once the x-rays were done ! She expressed passionately the urgency of "The Oral Health Practices and importance of taking care of your teeth!" I really do like her ! I have been back since for some work and will continue in September so she can take care of my other dental issues.

Dr. Lee was great, she explained my procedure step by step letting me know what to expect throughout the process. Chelsea the hygienist is awesome! I haven't had a cleaning in a while and she was very gentle. She too let me know what she would be doing throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my cleaning.

Everyone at the office was friendly, and great explanations were provided for everything. The dentist and hygienist were both very dedicated and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to express myself. I was there at the Castle Dental's office waiting for my routine dental cleaning. After checking in and waiting a long time, some people after me were called before me! I complained and found out the receptionist didn't even sign me into the computer system even though I got in the line, waited, and was told to sign in and be seated. I did what I was told. I was upset at first that I was being forgotten and didn't hear any apology until after my complaints. However, the hygienist was very nice and very professional. After having a small talk with her and my teeth were cleaned, I felt much better and that's all I was there for.

I went to this location on 7-15-22. I received great service from Dr Lee and the assistant that performed the X-rays which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. After the exam I was told I needed a root canal and the dr that does performs those wasn't available and that they would schedule a consultation with her along with prices with the front receptionist. I went to the receptionist at the desk and was told that the person that does the prices and scheduling was at lunch and that he would contact me and email me the quote once he got back. So I gave the lady my email address and left thinking I would hear back or see the quote by the end of the day. Being in pain made it so frustrating but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a Friday and thought maybe I'd hear something by Monday. That wasn't the case at all. Called Tuesday and was told the office got damaged but they assured me I would hear something by the end of the day. It's now 7-31-22 and I still haven't received any communication from anyone so now I'm searching for a new dentist. Like I said Dr Lee and the assistant are the only reason they got 2 stars from me other than that they would get negative stars.
