Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

After being in pain and not being able to sleep for 2 weeks after a negative experience at another dentist office I took the leap in coming here out of desperation to get help, and I am so glad I did! I was greeted by the sweetest office staff, so friendly and welcoming! Every single person that walked through that door was greeted by name. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I was seen in a timely manner and the doctor and assistant were awesome! I am now able to sleep again and am feeling so much better! Not to mention I had an extraction and I didn't feel a thing. I usually am not one to write reviews but I am so grateful for you all! Thank you! I will be back:)

I have been forced to return s.everal times for the same 2 teeth. They keep putting on temporary teeth and don't offer any explanation. When these teeth are finally in I won't be back.

Most of my visits here the staff have been organized and timely and the responses. However after I got there, the young lady doing the x-rays was having problems with getting a machine active. And, several times I'm going to play it in the mouth appliances for the X-ray either she cost me to gag, or move the X-ray scope so fast it actually impacted the appliances and cause small bit of discomfort, upon the impact of the scope on the appliances. Also, all of the doctor was attentive and skillful as ever, he is also being called away several different patients he was helping with, and once my exam was over with I did not know my exam was over with, and waited until the person that handles the plans found me communicated with me, and gave me the payment plan for my next procedure. This is a rare day for this office to be so unorganized, and I will be continuing to use this office for my dental services, because the kindness and clarity his office gives to its customers is still exceptional.

Dr. Eakin is the best! I had a filling done and I hardly felt the numbing injections when Dr. Eakin administered them and he had the filling done quickly. His staff is also exceptional!

Castle overcharge everything. Mint is the way to go. I got quotes from both businesses, and Mint had very reasonable prices with state-of-the-art equipment.

I have been a patient of Dr Eakin for the past 25 years he is the best Dr ever. But the Assistance was not good she took longer to do my temp tooth then the procedure it self done by Dr Eakin. I had to tell her just live it like that I had to go. Im sure I'll go back to get fix as soon is my pain goes away.

I went to Castle Dental on Monday, 07/11/22. Like always, I saw Dr. Eakins and Margie, his assistant. They helped me with making adjustments I needed to my implants. Dr. Eakins is a master dentist and an expert on dental implants. I recommend CASTLE DENTAL for all dental services, especially, dental implants. Their receptionists are always very professional too. Kudos to all who work at CASTLE DENTAL in Pasadena!

I've been going to Dr Eakin since 2014. He is the best dentist ever. I travel from out of town to come to Castle Dental. He's the only dentist I trust. He's very professional and trustworthy. All of the staff are great and very professional!!

Unbelievably unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for this morning, and I took time off work to get it knocked out. I set up this appointment at least a month ago. I also got an email last week to confirm my appointment. I clicked "confirm appointment" as soon as I got the email. Then I show up for my appointment to find a sign on the door saying "The office is closed until further notice." No reason given. They've lost me as a customer. I'll find somebody else.

Dr. Eakin and his entire staff are excellent, from the ladies at the front to all of his assistants and Dr. Eakin! They truly work as a team to get everything done and it's always a good experience, they are all friendly, helpful, and know what they are doing. They truly make you feel comfortable and part of the family there. They are always friendly and welcoming and have great attitudes no matter how swamped they may be at the time. I love and appreciate them all so much! I wish I had found them years ago!
