Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I went in for a regular cleaning in January, and went back a few weeks ago for another regular cleaning. I get a call from my insurance saying they declined to pay for my January cleaning. I thought that was weird and they told me Castle Dental did a "different" type of cleaning so they couldn't cover it. I called Castle Dental thinking they made a mistake, but the girl on the phone told me in my file notes they performed a "different" type of cleaning on me (and that my insurance will cover it,) and I was told that by the dentist. Which I was never told about this "different" cleaning, I came in that day thinking I was just getting a regular cleaning. I now had to pay $110 for this "different" type of cleaning. They also would never get back with me for some information about braces. But definitely won't be going here for braces or any other work. BE AWARE!

Had a very bad experience at the tullahoma office today and was not treated professionally at all. I sent an email to the person that they keep saying to email. We will see if I get a response to it.

Went in for checkup and the hygienist went ahead and cleaned my teeth even though I wasn't on her schedule for that day. It's an hour drive for me so this saved me time and gas. Everyone I came into contact with was informative. I have dental anxiety and by them talking it kept my mind off of it and made the process smooth. I'm definitely going back and highly recommend.

Very kind and helpful staff. I've had a great experience getting dentures and my husband said that his experience with the cleanings is the best experience he's ever had at a dentists office and for him to say that, that's unheard of. We highly recommend this place.

While I can't say I enjoyed my visit, I can say everyone was super nice and caring. I had a bad toothache and they had to pull it. It didn't take long at all and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure I recommend Castle dental for all of your dental needs fofor

I was scared to death to go to the dentist knowing I needed extensive work from a bad car accident my teeth were in bad shape. The staff could not have been any better. No pain and I gained my beautiful smile back again.

I made an appointment for 10am for some simple work of refilling a tooth where a previous filling had came out. In my conversation with the guy booking the appointment I was told that as long as the work required less than 2 hrs of time I would be in and out the same appointment. I showed up at 9:45 as directed to fill out the reams of paperwork. I was the only patient there. I was informed that the Dr was late coming back from a meeting so I was eventually called back at 10:30am. The assistant took x-rays of my tooth. The Dr finally came in and said "yep, looks straight forward. Easy job". He wals out, assistant comes in and reviews the charges then says that the Dr is too busy to do the wotk and thqt I would need to schedule for another day.

Took my husband in to have a tooth pulled. He was very anxious and nervous about going to the dentist. They were great with him. Made him feel comfortable and went out of their way to help him be calm. Way cheaper than aspen dental as well. Reception desk could be more friendly.

As usual Castle Dental does a good job. Their customer service is great. I had overslept and missed my appointment and they were more than willing to accommodate me a little later in that same morning. The biggest downside of Castle that all seems to be a high turnover rate among their staff. I've been going here for 5 years, and I will continue to go back.
