Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

it all started really nice.., I had an amazing insurance and the end price of the procedure was very pleasant. nevertheless after; removing two teeth, doing bone graft for three and ordering a temporal, for a patient everything looked perfect., but a year later going to a specialist for Important..., I found out it was not enough bone graft. the doctor refused to answer any of my messages. I stop by at the office few times myself. the secretary refused to let me speak to the doctor insisting on leaving a message. the issue was never fixed. it will cost me another $750, days missed out of work and extra time for healing. They cannot care less to do a good job at the end.

UPDATE: 9/14/2022: Called the office again, and no one will sign off on my paperwork. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! 9/13/2022: This is the worst location. The front desk staff are dry and unhelpful. I've been trying to get them to release my Invisalign paperwork to my new (and professional) dentist since APRIL 2022, and no dentist will sign off on it. My current dentist has contacted them multiple times and Castle Dental keeps sending back the WRONG document. And somehow the faxes my current dentist sends mysteriously get "lost". Ive drove from Murfreesboro hoping by physically being there to get this handled and couldn't believe that still, they could not release the paperwork (the previous dentist quit and left the company but still someone else should be able to sign in the event this happens!!) still to this day,y release paperwork is not signed and my teeth are shifting to how they were prior to Invisalign. This whole ordeal w Castle Dental makes my teeth straightening experience not worth it. :( Also, the facility is gross.

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had at a dentist office! Miscommunication all across the board and also faulty software equipment that shouldn't have anything to do with your communication to patients! Talked to a live person on Tuesday due to my previous appointment had to be rescheduled and received another date and time that was confirmed. Get to my appointment only to tell me again that appointment has to be rescheduled again! Ok why didn't you contact me in advance to let me know your system did not update itself! Never again! Beyond pathetic!!

Had to wait a week for an emergency appointment. The dentist canceled 45 minutes prior to appointment. They told me I could call around and get a new appointment at a different location. If you cancel my appointment. why don't you do that..... or I could wait another 9 days. I'll find another dentist.

This was absolutely by far the worst experience with a Dentist office ever. I walked into my appointment to get checked in. Without even asking for my name, she asks for my insurance. I then give her my insurance, which covered at 100% & in network. Thereafter, she says she's never heard of that insurance, is it in network, there's nothing I can do etc. I offered to pay with my HSA card & even got my HR on the phone to walk her through the insurance. This lady still acted as if there's nothing she could do to get my checked in. (Older White lady) her name tag was cover. Don't waste your time and money with this location and company.

Please don't go this place!! They messed up my teeth. I had to go back 3 times for their mess but still having issues with their job. I felt exhausted to go there for their fault. Also another important thing you need to know is they make you sign some pages and ask you to pay more after months. I confirmed it with them for 3 times that be clear about amount I needed to pay and I did it. But after months they asked for money and said you signed the paper and whatever you paid there wasn't final charge(funny right!) please don't let them to scam you and break your teeth like they did to me.

It was very pleasant however I would prefer if you discussed my balance in private as opposed to being "balance shamed" in the presence of everyone in the office or maybe that is your method to get people to pay their balances.

Great place for the routine teeth cleaning! Very nice stuff and affordable price! I have never done involved procedure with them, but if I have to in the future - I will! I have Humana dental insurance and the removal of all 4 wisdom teeth without complications costs around $800

I had a terrible translate that extend it to my ears to my jaw into my neck So they set up an appointment for me on Saturday and while I was there they did x-rays to verify that my teeth were infected so they ordered some ampicillin for me which I have been taking and supposed to go back Thursday to have two teeth pulled and after that they'll be more teeth work doing a partial which I know is very needed they were kind they took their time they explained everything to me

Don't t deserve even one star, after few attempts to fix the bad job the did, they Just look at it and say everything is ok, I have to go to a different dentist and and redone everything.I spent more than 4K for nothing ,totally waste of money. Avoid this place, I regret it big time.

I'm new to this area and was in need of a dentist. I googled dentist near me and Castle came up 1st. When I called it was after hours but they were able to get me in pretty fast. I was really surprised with pandemic going on. I can say i would definitely recommend to friends and family. Nice, clean, safe facility and drs are very knowledgeable and they made me really understand the importance of oral health. This prob sounds cheesy but it's the truth!!!
