Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

Dr. Rabi is my orthodontist, he is an excellent. He was able to closed the 3 big gaps between my teeth. It took almost 3 years to close those gaps but that was expected because my gaps were like 1 tooth apart. After my braces was taken off, he still see me to make sure that everything is great. When my plastic retainer cracked, he offered me a wire retainer with no extra cost. Exceptional service!!!

Dr. Kim is top notch, and that Castle keeps it more affordable, I'm sold. Too bad dental hygienists are in such short supply!

This place is amazing staff so professional and most of all very friendly I felt so welcomed and I left very hopeful and feeling great about my situation, treatment plan already in place, beyond caring, that's an understatement

I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the entire experience until I learned my procedure would only take 45 minutes & with no other patients in the office at 10a.m.& four employees, I was told I'd have to schedule an appointment to complete two weeks out. I could understand if it were a complicated procedure but it was not.

Cassandra is Amazing!!! Best management that castle dental on white bridge had in a long time. Kim at the front desk is a gem, and Emily is the greatest!!! I would not go anywhere for anything at all!! I been going to castle dental for over 20 years. Recommend it to everyone. And let's not forget Dr.Kim! Keep doing what you guys do best! Thank you!!!!!!

Lied and told me I needed 4 fillings! Had been going here for a year and had no problems, but then dentist I had been seeing retired. The new dentist should NOT be trusted! He saw me for my 6 month cleaning, said no words to me about anything, but when I went to the front to pay, the receptionist told me I needed 4 fillings. I have never had a cavity in my life. The fact I developed 4 cavities in 6 months was concerning to me - and the dentist should have talked to me about it. I said so to the receptionist but all she would say is that I needed to schedule the fillings. I left and called the office a few days later to ask for my X-rays to see where the cavities were. They emailed them to me, but I was told the dentist said my "cavities didn't show on the X-rays". I was suspicious so I got a second opinion from a non-chain dentist. He told me I had ZERO CAVITIES. I didn't have soft spots or ANYTHING. Castle Dental tried to fill my teeth even though I didn't have problems and they knew that because the X-rays showed my teeth as healthy. If they tell you that you need work, get a second opinion.

I went in for a cleaning and had to do a new patient exam, which was fine. But when I tried to book the cleaning they said they didn't have a hygienist to do it. Why would you let me waste my time doing the exam? So you can run my insurance? Ughhh

The staff was very courteous, the dentist did an amazing job explaining in detail my problems and provided affordable treatments plans, and I didn't have to be there forever Over all a great experience and I would highly recommend castle dental as your next trip to the dentist.

I arrived early and was taken back to see the dentist in a timely manner. No grumpy personnel, customer service was good, the dental hygienist was super out going and friendly. So glad this place was on my humana doctor find list, and I will refer others.

IMO you should only get a cleaning here and nothing else. The dentist told my wife she need a root canal. We were skeptical after talking to a friend that is a dentist. Went to an endodontist who stated my wife's tooth was fine and was going to have a talk with the dentist?! We left and never went back. BE CAREFUL and get a second opinion.

We have several children who have needed braces and switched to Castle on White Bridge for the last one due to a change in insurance. Comparing their service to our previous ortho, Castle is horrific. The Ortho is only there 2x/month, the scheduling staff is extremely rude and inflexible. Nothing is about the patient, and everything's about the Ortho's schedule. We moved from Castle White Bridge to Castle Franklin midway through our son's process because we just could stand their terrible service any longer, and that's been a night/day difference.

The dental aide was very good - clean and sanitized area and answered my questions so I could understand. However, the receptionist (I think she is new and just overwhelmed) was agumentative, disrespectful and rude. 5 stars for dental aide; 0 or 1 star for receptionist.
