Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I love the esthetics of the office. However I was not told in advance that when you come for the initial appointment you have to schedule for a cleaning as well. I was looking forward to my cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. That was the point of going to the dentist is to get you teeth cleaned. I Always have had this done on my first visit. Please staff let people know in advance that they have to schedule for a cleaning first-time entering your establishment. That was time lost for me.

My dentist is not an endodontist and so I had a referral, but couldn't find anyone who took my insurance. I was avoiding Castle, because of reading bad reviews, specifically about Dr. Wright who is the endodontist there. After exhausting all other options, I have them a call and they were able to squeeze in the next day (my case was a slight emergency and I couldn't wait a month, which was the case everywhere else). The receptionist, Clara, was so easy to work with, transferring the referral and getting everything lined up. I was nervous about Dr. Wright, but he was absolutely incredible. He was a man of few words, but that's great in a dentist. I can't talk with my mouth full. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn't hesitate to do the retreatment like moth others were. It was very successful and didn't break the bank. If I wasn't best friends with my current dentist, I'd transfer here. Thank you so much, Castle Dental.

Awesome people from front desk to Dr. I didn't like going to dentist but this practice changed my attitude. They go through pricing thoroughly and its very affordable. Everyone is courteous and professional. Kudos to this practice!!

Almost 2.5 hours from walk in to walk out. I already had my crowns fitted and only needed to get the crowns on. Crowns didn't fit so they had to remeasure and make me a new temp which is less work then the original work to do al that and have to reshape the tooth/drill. I just really feel like my time is not valued there.

Worse experience ever. I got stuck in traffic and they gave my appointment away and not even a courtesy call. They don't have an actual dentist that does extraction and they send you to another place. If you need to do a dental filling, you have to wait months. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

My experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was kind and considerate. He seemed genuinely disappointed that he couldn't help me but he referred me to someone who can after my infection clears up. I will be going back again for future dental care. I highly recommend Castle Dental!

If you are looking for a dentist you would do well to consider Dr. Steve Graham at the Antioch location. He takes the time to carefully explain the diagnostic findings and recommended treatment. He is very gentle and skilled in his work and I highly recommend Dr. Graham to you and his staff as well.
