Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

Jordan does an amazing job cleaning my teeth in spite of the difficulty of working with a gag reflex. He is always so polite, positive and encouraging. I appreciate his professionalism, patience and care for his clients.

They are AMAZING! Took my husband there has a second opinion and he was in so much pain! The oral surgeon was able to take him in right away. Awesome job! AWESOME STAFF! We will never go to another dentist again!

Worst dental experience I've ever had. I've been to the dentist like most people have throughout their lives and this just wasn't it. It wasn't welcoming it didn't come off professional and the only reason they are getting a star is for the girl who did my X-Rays. JC was the most polite and professional person there other than that I'd suffer with my wisdom tooth pain before ever considering going back here.

The reception is not qualified for this job, just trying to take extra money more than the bill, I feel like I'm dealing with a group of swindlers who don't agree on a specific price, I will warn my family and friends

I had a tooth pulled yesterday. What a awesome experience. Dr. Patel and the young lady who assisted were very kind and patient with me. I had a excellent Dentist in town for 27 years and he retired. I have found my new dental home.

I went as a new patient however, no one made me feel welcomed or acted as if my business was of any value. Very depressing office staff. Except for the dentist no one smiled said hello or even introduced themselves.The poor girl that called me to the back looked and acted as if she was the definition of despair. She moved slow talked in monotone and appeared incapable of smiling.The weather outside was cloudy and overcast but not near as dreary as the atmosphere inside. I gave it 3 stars because of the dentist. I went in my normal happy self but I felt like I needed anantidepressant by the time I left.

My experience has been fantastic. I came as a result of a dentist messing up an extraction that exposed I have 3-root teeth. 2 surgeries later I was still in daily pain. The doctor obtained my x-rays and did the extraction. Jordan has maintained my teeth for 4 years beautifully. Dr. Patel said they have no cavities, no bacterial growths and are beautiful. Keep in mind I'm 67 years young.

I called and asked if they took my insurance they said yes. I made an appointment and had to wait 2 weeks. I drove an hour to my appointment paid for childcare just to get there and they tell me they do not take my insurance.

Went to another dentist because I wasn't sure if they did a good job here. As it turns out I was in need of some good dental work. Castle Dental only caught 1/5 cavities. Do not go here.

The most Terrible place ever! Everybody please don't come here. They way they work so sloppy and not helpful. Specially, the front desk girl, such a rude and careless person. We were late 15 mins because there was a crash and we stuck on traffic, she didn't care at all just said oh you gotta reschedule with an awful attitude, meanwhile I had to left work early and I was already there. There are no place like this place, do deep cleaning only half of your teeth and have to come back for another half... ridiculous. You definitely will kill your business by hiring these workers, they hate their job.

I wouldn't recommend this place staff was okay the girl that took me back to take my x-rays and what not did not properly explain to me what I was supposed to be biting on when she put it in my mouth I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time she should have properly explained that to me after she made a comment oh you're fighting me she wouldn't let me do it is what she said to the dentist that is furthest from the truth I did exactly as she told me she should have explained more properly hey make sure when I put this in there this is the part that you are supposed to bite after that I seen the dentist he was quite rude wasn't very friendly whatsoever he mentioned something about one of the x-rays and I'm not sure her name but the girl who had took me back said oh well she wouldn't let me that struck a cord with me I done everything she asked me to do she just didn't explain things properly and she needs to do her job a little better or gain some experience also they were way overpriced way way overpriced.

Everyone was very polite, greet customers with a smile. Best Hygienist he was very careful as he saw I was very nervous about my teeth getting cleaned. He even took the time to explain to me about my crown, and showed me the x-rays as we discussed my situation. My mouth felt brand new when I left this facility. EXCELLENT!!!!! Customer service would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The day I got my braces off I didn't receive my retainer. By the time I got my retainer my teeth have shifted. My bottom teeth has separated. I have an appointment in April to see what can be done. I was told by the receptionist at Castle Dental in Murfreesboro that the retainer would move my teeth back, that didn't happen
