Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

Dr. Patel is such an amazing dentist he really listen to my concerns and got me started on my clear aligners with incorporating whiting. I'm so excited be on course for my Hollywood smile !! I told him I was insecure about my crowding and teeth color and he instantly had a plan for me. I've never felt so heard by a dentist.

I really enjoyed the quick service no waiting up front on costs. In and out my teeth feel great. Dentist aren't my favorite but Dr. Kim jumped in there fixing X-ray and getting on my cleaning that's the fastest I've ever done on teeth cleaning!! Thanks sooo much!!

The office was modern and clean, staff was extremely nice, hygienist was awesome and the Dr was great. Sometimes I will go to a dentist and feel like it's all a giant up-sell, but they were very straightforward and honest with me. I would absolutely recommend.

Everything was great about my experience until my teeth cleaning came into play. The "cleaner" drilled the suction tube into my lower gums, never understanding why I constantly flinched in pain, yet when I explained it to her, she seemed to believe I was just being sensitive. Typically the only part of a dentist visit I dislike is the xrays as they cut up my gums, however while they were torn up respectably after that, the "cleaning" resulted in two very big cuts on my gums. This is an absolute first, and I will NEVER get my teeth cleaned here again. Save yourself, and do your gums a favor.

I rated Castle Dental in Mt.Juliet only a two due to the dentist lack of expertise in examining my teeth. She only went by my X-rays to check for cavities, when all other dentis also use an instrument called an explorer to check thoroughly for cracks, pitting & start of any cavities. Also it is important to use it to check the gum line for periodontal disease. This clinic no longer has a Dental Hygenist (who is trained to clean teeth, dentist are not.) so Dr. Jones also did my cleaning & only with an ultrasonic instrument which means she didn't use an instrument to scrape the tarter from my teeth, so they do not feel clean. The clinic also threw in a $30.00 "fluoride treatment!" I'm sixty yrs old, usually only children need that treatment. I have requested a full refund which has been promised to me by the clinics manager. The front desk staff are nice but everything else is lacking. I would not recommend this clinic.
