Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

This may be the worst dental experience, and not because the staff aren't friendly. Both my husband and I have both been here a total of 3 times between us. Each time, they have taken a look at our teeth, taken x-rays, and never actually cleaned our teeth. With my husband, they said he needed to schedule another appointment. I was scheduled to come in Monday, which I did, and they just took X-rays and never actually cleaned my teeth because they only do that Tue-Thurs at this location. Again, saying I needed to schedule yet ANOTHER appointment. I've never had this happen at another dentist. It's a lot to take time off work and schedule around appointments. DO NOT recommend.

Friendly front desk staff and some of the other staff were friendly but horrible quality of service. Being in the medical field myself, I find this to be concerning. I had braces put on and it's been a nightmare ever since. My initial visit was horrible, the assistant got me soaked with a leaky water attachment used to rinse your mouth then I got choked with it. She appeared very agitated with me and I really could not understand all that she was saying. They left the wire too long and it really cut the inside of my mouth. I tried for two days to get an appointment and was told the Doctor was booked. I was even willing to go to other locations. I was in pain and could not eat because the wire kept cutting my mouth. My children's Orthodontist office saw me and was able to clip the wire free of charge. What a life safer! Since then, several of my brackets keep coming off. I am not doing anything extra to cause them to come off just normal maintenance. The new wire that was placed last week is now cutting the inside of my mouth causing an open area and another bracket came off. Tried calling 2 different locations to schedule an appointment but no answer for 1 1/2 hours. Website says these locations are open but experiencing high patient call volume and to leave a message. I left a message! I wish I would have chosen a different Orthodontist office especially since I am paying out of pocket! I normally go with the flow but this is my mouth and it should not be this painful or inconvenient to have braces. Three of my children had braces and none of them had a bad experience. I am very unhappy with my experience but you can judge for yourself.

Just awful and they WILL charge you for services not needed plus when it's not done properly they will try and charge you all over again to come and have it fixed..... BEWARE!!!!!!!!

This is my favorite dental location . My ortho , Dr. Ravi and his assistant Nina are fantastic and honest. They tell you what the best course of action would be and you can tell they genuinely care about their work and patients .

I was absolutely pleased with the experience at Castle Dental. I have very severe anxiety and panic disorder. When I have anything done at the dentist I have to be in Severe Pain!!! I was on my last leg and Had no other choice, i made appointment and from start to finish I was so beyond pleased... I am not going anywhere els, I am also changing my family over to start regular visits. There was literally no wait to get in they had appointment the next day! I was treated and scheduled for surgery in the next week(only bc antibiotics were required) I felt NO JUDGEMENT OR SHAME, FAST, EASY, AND AFFORDABLE My Place For Dental Needs!!!

The Dentist did ok pulling my tooth. Was a little rough but got my tooth out. My biggest problem is, after an hour of him pulling on my tooth he refused to give any pain meds at all. Wouldn't even give me 800mg ibuprofen. After telling me it was going to hurt bad once the numbing shot wore off.

My Mother in law had to have 5 teeth pulled , she hadn't been to the dentist in about 30 years. Then a full set of teeth made for her bottom. She has dementia and the staff was wonderful. The dentist was so sweet she worked with her until she found a comfortable point. She is very happy and back to eating. Thank you to everyone.

After my initial appointment I was contacted by Makala and it was explained to me the misunderstanding regarding what my insurance paid versus what I had to pay. With that update, I scheduled an appointment because the cost of the bridge was extremely reasonable. Makala was very helpful and a great representative. The new bridge, as you can see, is absolutely awesome. I am very thankful for their good work. Dr. Jones and her dental hygienist were very skilled and provided excellent service. Additionally, they were able to expedite my bridge to accommodate my vacation plans. I had it back in less than two weeks. Everyone was very professional and I'm extremely happy with my experience at Castle Dental.

I've had nothing but the best of care from Dr. Jones and the hygienists. I so happened to see the review below from a Mark McCammon and he attached a photo of a monkey. I sure hope you're not trying to mean ill will towards the dentist since she's black! But we know the answer because you went out of your way to put the picture with your review. I hope the office has sense enough to report you for your negativity. Because I sure will.

I would give ZERO stars if i could, but it won't allow you to do that. I have NO issues with my teeth. I wanted a basic cleaning . That's it , and i told them that on the phone when i called. Nothing else. So, i called , and they won't let you get a cleaning unless you do xrays, and an exam. With my insurance they told me the cleaning would be 10.00-20.00 . I go , and have my xrays , and exam . They take me up front , and say the cleaning would be 290.00 . I told them all i did was waste my time , and left. As far as i'm concerned they are just out for money. Go to the Better Business Bureau , and look at their rating . It's a D - . That's a D MINUS . Find another dentist!!!!

I have to say,it was the best experience I ever had at a dental office... The worker's and the Dr. Of teeth was helpful... Just a name I gave him... All n all outstanding work .....I wished I had more time to be with them...amazing in ,,out so fast with everything in mind and knowing everything about your procedure... I do recommend Castle Dental to everyone..

Everyone was courteous and attentive, especially Krysten, who is the most professional, compassionate dental assistant I have ever met. I will request her anytime I visit and I will recommend her. The price for the visit was a pleasant and welcome surprise!
