Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

Very, very good! Everybody was very welcoming and respectful from the time I came in until the time I left. Cool good people all the way around from the front desk as well as Dr. Dan and his super nice assistant who was working with him. They made me very comfortable and it was a quick painless pleasant experience.

Well they do good service and friendly!! But they didn't tell me I was out of network with my ins. And never informed me what so ever kinda sucked so then I had to leave and cancel my visit

My experience with castle has been super mixed. My dentist himself was great, but I had a ton of issues while I was there: 1. My new patient appointment was scheduled for 1p and I was told to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. When I showed up early, the doors were locked and no one was there - seems to be a regularly occurring communication issue with scheduling and this office. 2. The office itself was clean-ish, but clearly hadn't seen a deep clean in a bit. The safety glasses I was handed for my cleaning had a few different types of sauces or something on them. 3. The tech who did my cleaning may have gotten more toothpaste on my face and lips than in my mouth. I've never had an issue where I've been made to feel my lips were in the way during a cleaning. There were a lot of excuses (your lips are big, your mouth is small) that I've never heard or had issues with. TL;DR: If you have a ton of time to spare, it's not a bad option, just understand you need to be aware of the situation and don't book an appointment at 1p.

Very friendly office staff. The young lady at the desk informed me of the One Smile plan that saved me $1700 on the work I was having done. I appreciated the doctor asking what was important to me to prioritize the plan. Great experience! Thank you!

I live in Hendersonville so I went to the castle here, and while the dentist was nice, I had to have the work completely redone at the one in Madison. I can't say enough about how amazing and REALISTIC my care was. I had a failed root canal that wasn't done right; and they fixed everything. The dentist was blunt, but professional and you can tell he knew what he was doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else even though it's further out of the way.

A year ago, I gave this place a 5 star review. I had been happy for 7 years with my service. Over the past year it has really gone down hill in my experience. My last 2 scheduled cleanings were rescheduled. The most recent one I wasn't even contacted about. I only found out it was cancelled because I called on my way up there to ask about the insurance. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked my voicemails and calls over the past 48 hours but there was nothing. I would have driven 40 minutes to a cancelled appointment and they didn't even try to contact me. I'll be finding another dentist. I gave it a 2 star review because they used to be good but I'm definitely moving on after not being able to get follow through on my appointments.

I was really hesitant to go here at first after reading reviews, and started at the Hendersonville location for that reason, but learned that the same Dr, techs, dental assistants, and front desk staff are the same at both locations, and work specific days at each every week until they replace the Dentist in Goodlettsville. The dentist, I believe his name is Dr. Greer, is amazing, and the reason I chose to continue going here. No one likes the dentist, and I am no exception, but he is so personable, has a sense of humor, and is so kind and gentle. Most dentists try to pry your teeth out during an exam (at least that's what it feels like they're doing) but he knew I was terrified, so he took his time and tried to be as gentle as possible. I am definitely going to be scheduling my upcoming work with him. Not only is he amazing, but the young lady taking my xrays was very sweet, and the hygienist is awesome! I'm not sure if they are actually Hendersonville staff or what, but I know I am going to drive to whatever location they go to because I trust this team to do an amazing job with a gentle hand, which is a rarity in a field full of sadist.

Office Staff Priority: arguing. I'm so disappointed in the way they treat people. After removing the WRONG tooth, that they also broke off at the root and left the sharp root behind, they refused to take off the fraudulent, malpractice charges and yelled at me for asking them to. They acted like I was the problem. It's fraud. It's so sad people are being taken advantage of during a pandemic. I hope you'll find somewhere better for treatment. It's not safe here.

I had a good experience. I'm glad they work with me. They treated me with dignity and respect and the whole office is clean including the bathroom. Everywhere I walked was orderly or neat. The staff was nice.
