Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I am very stressed with my pain because I just had 2 fillings and I have a lot of pain after I returned home, when I went, I had no pain, these people were very rude and maybe hurt my gum or my tooth, I am worried, I don't know what did they do with my teeth, I will not return and I do not recommend it, please be careful castle dental Franklin

Take my daughter to clean cavities and they gave her anesthesia 3 times, but even so my daughter had pain, and I endured until the end, it's been a month and she still has pain in her teeth that they fixed, she shouldn't have pain, feet when we went she went without pain, she only had some small cavities, they are very rude to do the job, it seems that we went to castle dental in franklin, they reached the nerve, or hurt it because my girl ended up very sore and she still has pain, I am worried about her, I will have to go with another dentist to check it out, please if you go there and be careful, this doctor is very rude when doing the fillings and the woman who does the cleaning too, she is terrible!!

Biggest waste of my time... I showed up early to fill out paperwork then sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes!!! They weren't even that busy. They just kept telling me to wait. Time is money people!

Great service! The hygienist was awesome and great with my kids and the doctor is very friendly!! Staff is super helpful through the billing process as well.

This place ruined my mouth. I went in December 2021 with slight sensitivity on my 2 front teeth when drink ice cold drinks. After some x-rays and waiting around I was told I had cavaties on teeth that weren't even problem. I come in 2 weeks later in January 2022for the procedure and was told i would feel slight pain for a few days after. 10 days goes by and my bite is off and I am in excruciating pain. I go back and he realizes he didn't shave the filling down enough. It is currently September 2022 and I am still in excruciating pain I have to take 2 advils 3 times a day and I can feel the holes in my teeth telling me they either 1) filled them incorrectly or 2) drilled holes that way I would have to come back. I'm paying all of this out of pocket and it just feels like a money scam at this point. I am now having to pay AGAIN somewhere else to fix their mistake and now the issues are even worse.

I had the best experience here, and everyone was very nice minus the woman at the front desk. I didn't get her name but I'd say she's in her 40s and has black hair. Everything else went absolutely amazing!

Can't say enough about how great our experience was here! The entire staff are so friendly and truly take the greatest of care to make you feel comfortable. If you're new to the area or just looking for a new dental practice, then Castle Dental is the one you should choose!

extremely bud cleaning lady was extremely rud with my 12 years daughter during cleaning and doctor attend another lady before us he do care we were first so we have to wait so long for him and one of the lady from front desk so mean I call in February to make an appointment for my 12 years old daughter braces check routine and she said we don't have apoinment disponibles until June 22 and yesterday June 22 when we whent the appointment wasn't for checking braces it was for cleaning which is good but my daughter braces needs to be check since last time they did checked was in December

I was referred to this place by an oral & maxilofacial surgeon, Dr. Jennifer Gordon-Maloney. I am so happy with the treatment I've received here as well as the results. Dr. Mathis was extremely professional and very empathetic, and the team working under him all seemed to follow the same line of work ethic. I had a somewhat particular/peculiar situation because of a medical condition that I was suffering at the moment, and both the doctor and Denise Dervishi who was assisting him with the procedure, showed extreme kindness and support. This is something that has to do with character and goes beyond expertise, line of work, or experience, in my opinion. Whenever a person is going through any kind of medical procedure, simple or complex, he or she will feel best under the environment that I was met with at this dental office. Also Kelsi Balford was great with my cleaning a few days later, and I'm looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned by her again in the future. Grateful and thankful for Dr. Mathis and his staff. Thanks again! Easy five stars.

I had wild swelling from impacted wisdom teeth. I went here and from the start was frustrated. Not only did they take an extra hour past my appointment time to see me, the doctor was extremely uninterested in me and barely gave me a glance. They quoted us over twice as much as the Oral Surgery Institute they were going to SEND ME TO. They weren't even going to do it in house. Castle Dental said I had 4 fully impacted wisdom teeth. When I went to the Oral Surgery Institute not only was the price IMMENSELY different, they actually diagnosed me as 2 fully impacted and 2 partially-- which effects pricing overall. At Castle Dental they pressured me to sign with them (promising the THOUSANDS of dollars) after a two second appointment with their dentist. I was extremely unpleased with them and will not be going back.
