Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I just have to say, I'm a huge baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I have extra sensitive teeth and I was very nervous. The team at Castle Dental put my mind at ease and were very patient with me. I had Gingival therapy which is essentially a deeper cleaning and removal of hard to reach placque under the gum line. I was so impressed and only had one or two teeth that needed a bit extra care. Anyway, basically it was pain free. I would highly recommend Castle Dental to anyone. I was thrilled to finally find a dentist that accepts my insurance in Cleveland. I had my first visit today, and I am happy to say that I had a great experience. My previous dentist (starts with an R, rhymes with Hay) was very rude and uncaring with me many years ago. Because of that encounter, I avoided going to the dentist for way too long. The ladies in this office are extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Eric was very kind and understanding. He took time to explain everything he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. After the initial exam, he explained that they would provide me with a care plan based on my needs. I returned to the front desk to discuss my plan and schedule future appointments. There was zero pressure, shaming, or overselling. I am so pleased that Castle Dental is in Cleveland! I highly recommend Castle Dental

I am a 67 year old grandma and have never had an email let alone leave a review but after what i saw yesterday i have to. There was a woman in the office who in all my years on this planet i have never seen anyone act so rude and disrespectful. This same woman said she was going to put it all over the internet and sure enough she did. So i am goign to put the truth on the internet. Ms. Jennifer Niez, i was in the office and those young ladies were extremely professional towards you and handled your disruptiveness way better than anyone else would have. You was cussing, and yelling and acting a fool all because you had to do paperwork. I was in the process of calling the cops when you finally decided to leave on your own. If you are going to lie make sure someone inst there to hold you accountable. You left an entire statement based on a lie and hogwash. You should be ashamed of yourself. This office has always been very nice and professional and helped me and my grandson in any way they can. They are great people. God bless.

The Cleveland location is a hot mess. Rude to their patients. One person says they take an insurance another says they don't. They offer you one discount plan but then the people up front say that one is no good try this one. The staff fight among themselves at the cost of quality patient care.

Front office lost my son's paper work...again. For a third time in the past month I completed the multiple pages of paperwork again just as the front office person instructed, only to have the dentail assistant refuse to see my son until it was done her way. The dental assistant and the front office person got into a cat fight, and called the absent office manager, The absent office manager suggested they cancel my appointment until they can figure out what happened. I pulled my son out of school for a third time for this? Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Not worth a 4th try. Meanwhile my son's personal medical information is floating around in some unknown place with total disregard to HIPPA. There are too many other denist in the area who will put paitent care before office drama. I cringe to think the denist is ok with the office being run this way.
