Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

The dentist is very nice but the front staff is ridiculously lazy. The young lady answering the phone has major attitude problem. Everything and anything you ask her is replied with an attitude. They forget to call you when they said they would, they forget to schedule your appointments, when you bring issues up to them they don't really care about improving. The front staff needs either training on customer service or needs to be replaced.

I had a wonderful experience at Castle Dental. My hygienist was one of the best I have had. She not only made me feel relaxed but she was so kind. The front office was warm and welcoming. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them if you live in Missouri City.

Dr. Mando was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. She diagnosed my teeth issues and explained my treatment plan very clearly. She is very merciful and honest dentist. Willing to save patient's teeth, time and money. The clinic environment is amazing and everyone is helpful, nice and server patients in high standards

I got my braces the same day! The staff were really nice and friendly. I forgot one staff members name but lord she was hilarious!!! She kept me laughing the entire time.

Worst hygiene cleaning experience I've ever had. Additionally I expect my dentist to know why my appointment was made instead of having to ask me. A treatment plan is something to be referred to, is it not? Did they even have one on me? Did they not bother to look at it? Not a satisfying experience at all. The x-ray tech however did a great job and got the necessary shot in one take!

I went to this place in 2019 with a complaint of dental pain ... they had a broken X-ray machine so they were not able to check my teeth that day and I never went back there ,but they still charged my insurance . I had called there multiple times and spoke to manager Leslie who told me that this has already been taken care off. But I was charged for that procedure which never even happened. I still keep on receiving a bill for this , which has effected my credit score . I would never recommend this place to anyone . WORST PLACE EVER!!

I will never come back here....They make you come three times to just get a simple cleaning done. First a bunch of x ray then some other mark up treatment and then on your 3rd visit will they only do a cleaning. Also wasted over an hour waiting to for appt and I ended up leaving for good after that!

My first day back after being there a year ago was great the customer services was very pleasant. A year ago before COVID hit I was billed by CastleDental and then sent to collections after one notice being sent with a week to pay. I brought this up this time & the manager was very helpful and helped me understand what that past incident meant. As of now so far so good, I have been a happy patient.
