Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

Terrible experience. Office was closed with no notice Oct 11, 2022. Had an appointment. Perhaps they've gone out of business. Update: Found out later, they lost their dentist to sudden retirement and closed until having a new dentist on site. Still frustrated at the lack of communication which caused me to take off from work unnecessarily.

I went in for a check up and found I needed a new crown on one of my teeth. When Dr. Romeo removed the old crown he also found a cavity. He replaced the old crown and fixed the cavity. My teeth have never felt better. Dr. Romeo and his team are friendly and professional. I am very happy with the services I received from there. I will continue to go back. Thank you, Dr. Romeo!

Dr Romeo and his team are very professional and nice with no push sell, I feel super comfortable with my first time visit. Dr Romeo is very detailed and sharp finding the problem and fixing it which the other dentists never told me, I love the way I was treated. Thanks!!!

So glad I switched from another dental company to this one! Didn't need to wait and was out in less than 30 minutes after getting x-rays and cleaning. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The front office staff was fantastic!! I had to bring my newborn with me and they were so kind to watch her and keep her content while I had X-rays and exam. Only thing that was a let down was that the dentist did not do the extraction that I needed so I am still in pain and have to wait longer to get my tooth fixed.

Several years ago I had dental work done that was less than perfect. It left me with constant headaches and a crown that was improperly fitted. Dr. Romeo not only corrected this flaw, he repaired a few other teeth that were a concern for me. I no longer have the issues that I had before. My teeth feel and look fantastic. He and the team at Castle Dental come with my upmost recommendation. They are professional, competent, friendly and treat you like you're more than just another number. Thank you all so much for the work done. I'm so thankful that the dull "headaches" are finally gone.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Both the dentist and his assistant were absolutely amazing and the work they did on my teeth in just one day is incredible. Will definitely recommend.

Pam is an absolute Angel! She worked until she found me an appointment today, for my husband who has been in pain all weekend with a toothache....she is so kind and professional. She also took the time to update our plan payment that was not reflected in the system. She is a Gem! Thanks to her for going the extra mile....this kind of customer service is rare today and it is so appreciated.

I hate businesses that mandatorily make you review, Especially if they do not have a unsubscribe on their mandatory review process, next time I'm going to give a very negative review if they don't improve this. However Dr. Romeo is a great dentist

This was our first time to visit Dr. Romeo's office! Pam and Tiffany were a hoot!!! I loved how they were so friendly and approachable! They made my 16 yr. old son feel welcome which calmed his nerves. It is very impressive when you go to the dentist and leave laughing!!!! I would recommend Dr. Romeo and this office!! 5 !!!!

I feel comfortalbe going to the Magnolia Castle Dental office. The facilities are always neat and the staff takes good care of their patients. From the time you step into the door, sign in, have xrays done and get examined, your treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone I meet.

I had a really great 'first time visit' today! I was running a bit late and Ms Pam, at the front desk, was very patient with me (paperwork, getting me in the system, scheduling, etc.). All who assisted me with my exam and cleaning were also very friendly and patient. I think I made an excellent choice in choosing them :D
