Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

I went in for an initial x-ray / consultation, and to get a treatment plan together. I have needed extensive work to be done for a very long time, and not once did I feel judged while I was there. Everyone from the office manager, admins, lead dentist, hygienist, everyone is fantastic there! I feel like I can really trust that they have my best interests at heart, felt no pressure, and I feel they are doing everything in their power to help me save my teeth (and my life). They were able to get me back in on the same day to begin gum therapy. Their dental hygienist Jennifer is an amazing person, and you can truly tell she loves what she does and pays attention to detail. Get that woman a corporate jet!

The lady at the front desk was very nice. I was having a bad day, which she made a little better with her kindness, because I got lost getting there. Tanya did my x-rays I can't begin to explain just how professional and personable this young lady was. She also put me at ease. The Dr came in he was very nice and then Miss Jenny the hygienist, this was the only painful part but that has nothing to do with her she was doing her job. So overall I had a pretty good experience

After a second opinion from my previous dentist of 21 years I found I was given a false diagnosis and didn't require the $726 treatment they advised. I originally came in for checkup and cleaning, both of which were free on my dental plan. They refused to give me a regular cleaning until after I'd had that work done and gotten a preodontal cleaning. I advise anyone going to Castle Dental to get second opinions on any kind of treatment they advise.

Went to office at 2925 Gulf Freeway,League City....would give 5 stars if they had called in my antibiotics and pain meds like I was told they would. I had a tooth pulled on Friday 7/15/2022 at 1:30,called at 3:30 to find out why meds were not called in yet,was told that that they would put in order online as soon as it slowed down....they never did!!! I was in pain all night and I have to wait till Monday,(if they don't forget again) to start antibiotics! Called Saturday...I guess they're closed..Dr.that took tooth out was very nice and explained everything he was doing...no complaints about him...sorry...I'm very upset!!!

Poor customer service. To start with, we paid for any additional care not covered by insurance and still received a bill in the mail with services that were never rendered. Insurance company even noticed charges we were required to pay were more than what is required per network cost. Took over 6 months to settle. Finally, I was able to transfer my son dental care to a much better place but after requesting his records be sent for over 2 months, they were not received at the new clinic. Called to find out why and the manager says they need the release form. Really?! No one since requesting records ever mentioned that but said they were faxing them. Happy we have transferred services.

My son teeth are straight and his smile is gorgeous. The price for his braces was very affordable and treatments within various locations are so convenient for us too keep up with. His bracket adjustments with the ortho team was like going to visit family once a month. We're very happy with the results.

Appointments are a joke with dental side. Even if you try and change your appointment a month out they still never have openings. They will tell you 6 or more months till next appointment. Ortho side is amazing, Darlene is the best. But the dental side is awful. You may only get a cleaning once a year, because they tell you there's no appointments available.

I needed a quick appointment to fix my crown that had come loose. I got in fast and the doctor was quick to fix it. Great experience!

Went in on a Sat. morning the lady at the checking area was polite but there was a mixup on my initial bill and the had to void out my first bill and reduce that amount at the end of my service. The x ray person was professional at her job but miss Jennifer the lady who wears cowgirl boots was as gentle as a cattle rustler. I had sensitive gums everywhere where it hurt like you were sticking me with a knife all over while she was cleaning my teeth and I remember tears coming out my right eye and not once did she stop and ask me if I was ok. She was on a race with the clock to get me finished as quickly as she could. Both my grown son and I deserve better we will not be going back to the uncaring young Jennifer. If this helps 1 person it was worth telling our experience. I should of emphasized I had very sensitive gums. So it was partially my fault for not stopping her and letting her know in advance. Lastly we just felt like the whole experience could of been much more thorough and less painfull.

I just set up my first appointment and was amswered by the friendliest lady named cynthia. First impressions really do matter and im looking forward to going simply bc of her upbeat happy attitude! 10/10 just for the customer service. I usually dont write reviews but she deserved recognition. I have high hopes for my appointment. Thank you again!
