Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

This place is horrible!!! They honestly try and hide how horrible there customer service is. If you really wanting to struggle for a teeth cleaning THIS IS YOURE PLACE! not to mention how disrespectful the staff is

Castle Dental is great. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and Dr. Orracca is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been going to him for several years. He is a straight shooter and I highly recommend him.

New patient, had to fill out paperwork. Arrived 30 minutes early to do so. Hadn't even filled out the paperwork and was brought back to a room for X-rays. Finished while I was waiting for the doc. After the doctor went through all of the X-rays and initial exam the staff went through all of my option with what insurance was gonna cover and what they wouldn't. Gave me 3 different options. Talked with me for almost 30 minutes and at no time did I feel rushed. I will have my wife change over to this office. Staff was great

The entire staff has the hospitality that makes it feel like you truly matter. I will admit sometimes the communication isn't the best, but they make up for it with everything else. I had to go through some pretty intense procedures and they took care of ME before the procedures. They truly want the best for you. It is hard to get appointments schedule, but it just seems like there isn't enough employees to handle the demand. Overall, I will continue to use this Castle Dental for the people that welcome you and take care of all your needs.

My wife went here to have some fillings fixed and was the worst experience ever. The fillings were not done right and she ended up having to go to another dentist to get it fixed. One filling they said would be repaired was not come to find out. Plus what started at $1600 was now $3000. Steer clear of these crooks

My 8 year old had a routine cleaning and Ms. Linda discovered the beginning of a cavity. The Dentist took a look and confirmed and was able to fill immediately. Both staff explained in detail and answered all of her questions. Great experience. She's going to miss Ms. Linda!

An overall terrible experience. After cancelling three family members appointments two different times, we finally got an appointment early in the morning. We arrived 15 minutes early to complete paperwork yet still we're not taken back to the exam room until 30 minutes past our appointment time. After being taken back to the exam room my young children were restless as we sat waiting AGAIN for services. We were playing iSpy and trying to pass the time, and the kids got a bit loud. The dentist Luis Orraca walked over to us without introducing himself and yelled, "THIS IS A MEDICAL OFFICE, KEEP IT DOWN!" It was extremely disrespectful and rude. That is when I packed our things and walked out. I will not be back to this location and am happy that they showed their true selves before any services were rendered.

Have been going to Castle Dental for 13 years now. While appointments have been strained during the early months of Covid, it appears that everything is in control right now. I recently had my dental checkup and teeth cleaned. Wait time barely existed and Linda, the hygienist, did an excellent job of teeth cleaning.

Great front office staff. And the doctor and the dental assistant were amazing. I was near a panic attack when it was time to get my tooth pulled and the doctor was kind enough to let me calm down before we started.
