Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

Will first I have never been to the dentist and not have my teeth cleaned it was just a check up all they did was x-rays and pictures that's all and to mind you I was there for 2 hours and when I made the appointment they never said it was only the picture and X-rays

Honestly I read the reviews and gave this place a shot and I regret it . They told me a price over the phone for a root canal and when I came in for the appointment it was $300 more than what I was originally told and they didn't wanna take what I had. I had a root canal done the staff that did my root canal was amazing but when I came in to finish up they told me they couldn't put my temporary crown in because i have braces and I need brackets taken off at my initial appointment the told me the bracket on the tooth that needed the root canal needed to come off so i went to my ortho got it removed came back and they said I need 2 more brackets taken off . This information could've been given to me at the initial appointment but it wasn't so because of them my braces are taking longer to come off and i have to keep requesting days off from work . After I get my tooth done I will no longer be a patient of this facility.

Unprofessional and incompetent in their job they scheduled me for an appointment for a crown and filling but when I went in they said they only scheduled me for a cleaning. I told them I do not need a cleaning. They couldn't even find me in their system and they didn't even check for my records when I had them sent from my other dentist. Especially if you're military do not go here

Castle Dental paid absolutely no attention to my needs, just to an intensive plan that they wanted to sell me. I felt like I was at a used car lot. On follow-up communications with Castle, they have been very courteous and professional, especially Taisha the office manager. (sorry if I mis-spelled.)

I called because my filling fell out. I was in so much pain that night I didn't sleep. I called the next morning bc your website saids clearly emergencies accepted. Y'all tell me y'all can't see me until September. What the hell I'm supposed to do? Y'all are supposed to be a reputable company. So this doesn't qualify as a emergency? I don't know what does

I've used the Castle Dental in Waco and Houston and have had GREAT experiences. My 1st appointment at this location was awesome. The dentist and his assistant were kind and knowledgeable. Raven took my appointment and was also very friendly.

This place is horrible. They are very unprofessional, unorganized, rude, and each time I have call the young lady picks up, The phone and say please hold. I'm left holding for 15 to 20 mins and then, she gets on the phone and doesn't know what the hell is going on. These people have made up all types of prices that wasn't accurate.. I had to come back to this office twice because my crown came off . My cleaning for my teeth was horrible. I pretty much choked on my own spit the whole time getting my teeth clean. I recently called back to this office to get a transfer done and the girl told me in 48 hours I will get some paper work and guess what nothing So I'm done with this place and I'm going to a new dentist office . I don't care if I have to start all over with the process.

It's a nice facility and the people working the front desk were respectful to me but had a straight forward kind of attitude, but I was expecting something like that. The doctor there was nice but he showed me a video of the recommended gingivitis treatment. Seeing the video was nice but I would have liked for him to explain this type of treatment personally to me.

Two times I was forgotten about for appointments. The first time, they forgot about my appointment and I had to call THEM about that to reschedule. The second time, they closed at 12 when my appointment was at 3 and failed to notify me. The unprofessionalism and lack of communication is ridiculous. This was the only office my insurance accepted in the area, however my time was wasted, and I will not be returning. If I were you, I would not try to book with them if possible.
