Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I was pretty scared to this visit because I had such a bad experience at another place, that wanted to charge for crowns and deep cleaning. Dr. Ibarra was great and explain everything to me. Guess what? I didn't need deep cleaning or crowns. I'm more that happy to recommend Dr. Ibarra.

After I moved to Houston, one of my colleagues recommended this place. I went for routine exam and cleaning. They took more than 15 X-rays, when I asked why they need these much X-rays they said that it's needed. My all previous dentists were taking 3-5 X-rays. Besides, the doctor said I need deep cleaning which is not covered by insurance. I had 2 deep cleaning in the past year before I move to Houston and the latest deep cleaning I had was in November, 2021. Basically, I didn't want to have deep cleaning since it has not been even a year. They declined to do regular cleaning without deep cleaning. In addition, it was very difficult to get an appointment. In summary, I do not recommend this place, they just care about the money charging you and their profit, they are not thinking what is the best for you and your teeth.

Not a 5 but a 10!! Love the staff & Dr. The Dr is truly great at what she does, she also is very concerning too!! Can't say enough good stuff about these guys. I mean, who likes going to dentist, but they make the trip there, not so bad

A very well run office. Easy appt. Friendly staff. Patient dentist who explains things well and willing to watch a tooth instead of going for the immediate money grab! So glad I went there. Will definitely be back.

I lost a cap and went in to see what could be done. Set up an appointment for June 15. Was greeted with smiles by all. My tooth needed to be pulled out. It took 2 hours to get it all done. She did a great job. Her assistant was just as great. It was very hard to come out but it's all done. Was giving medicine before the appointment so I would start them the 14th and I did. Was back home and only ate applesauce and ice Cream. Slept very well. On the 16th was still a little weak but doing well. I have no pain.

Castle Dental on Fry Rd in Katy Texas is the Worse. First of they start doing Dental work on your Mouth. Then out of No where tell you. Oh we cannot complete your Dental work. Your insurance this and your insurance that. Horrible Customer service from Dustin or Justin whatever his name. He's the worse I have ever come in contact with. Very unprofessional. I see why they are Always Hiring new Dentist as well as Dental Assistant. Going Foward before you start to do any type of Dental work on a patient. Show them their plan VERIFY VERIFY with there Insurance company what the cost will be and then Let the Customer know. DONT start doing work and then SAY OH we can't Finish your Dental Work . This should be understood before you do anything So The Customers will know what to Expect and what decision they have to Make I Would NEVER REFER this Castle Dental to anyone EVER.

I took my mom to castle dental to have 3 teeth extracted, mind you she was in severe pain!! The doctor comes and tell us she has to have bridges built to hold the dentures. We appreciate your consideration but at this time we only want the tooth extraction. Well the administration guy tells us that if we don't do the bridge building , they can't do the extraction! I told him she doesn't want the bridge, she only wants the extraction so why she can't she have that? He said well the doctor is only going to work on her if she get the bridge in addition! Hell no! You can't make her get something she doesn't want! They was just trying to scam my mom out of more money! This place is a rip off and only try to get over on senior citizens!

The dentist, orthodontist, and staff at the Castle Dental Katy location are very patient, kind, and attentive. I am very pleased with the level of care and compassion they have shown my daughter & I for the past several years.

I went to a castle Dental about 9 years ago and had a root canal, the root canal failed and my new dentist discovered an infection under the tooth had no symptoms. He treated it again and I was in agony pain all weekend swollen, numb from nerve swelling. He said it was mostly likely caused by a bad crown placement in the first place. So Castle Dentist charged thousands and I'm still having problems costing me to take off work, having pain and paying to redo their mistake. If this doesn't fix the infection I'll have to have a more invasive surgery costing even more. From now on I won't allow any dentist to perform a root canal or crowns unless it's a very good specialist I trust.

Never had this problems with other dental office , this place is always trying to selling you their deep-cleaning , how about just do the dental cleaning which covered by insurance?? No, they can't do it , "because your teeth condition". (because they won't make the most profits from it ), And they need to update their X-Ray system , that thing they shave in your mouth is like torture, unpleasant uncomfortable, unhygienic. That lady's hands keep touching that part where goes to your mouth over and over! Ehrrrrr. Won't come again ! One star for the best receptionist I ve ever seen here in Texas : Jonson!
