Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

The head lady dentist tried to tell me I needed a tooth pulled and then tried to upsell me into getting a bridge. Went to another dentist (Not another castle dental location) and they told me all I needed was a filling. Disgusting that the dentist from this castle dental would try to pull one over on me, trying to get a first time customer to pay thousands of dollars for work they don't need done. I will never return to castle dental, and I suggest you never try them out, unless you enjoy being screwed.

I visited a Castle Dental, had a major issue during an appointment a year ago. I called this past Monday to get dental records, and found out that the office was closed, i was not surprised to be honest. I spoke with the regional manager, she lied said the system was down and could not get my records, then lied again and said she would call me back that same day. Fast forward to Friday, still haven't heard from anyone at all. I really really hate i ever stepped foot in that castle dental office. It's a huge regret

Dr Sheng and staff located in Tomball, TX is nothing short of being amazing. The staff is attentive and works quickly to get me checked in each time I have gone in for my appointments. Dr. Sheng is great!! She takes great pride in making sure I am comfortable throughout my procedures and I have never had a doctor contact me personally the next day to check on me. Dr. Sheng has done this every time she has seen and said to call her with any concerns. This office is quiet a distance from Katy, where I live, but I don't regret the experience and care this staff provides me. Thanks again

I just left the location going by there at lunch to inquire about some dental services the receptionist dental hygienist whatever behind the desk said to me I'm at lunch you'll have to come back I said okay I have a question or two she says I'm at lunch goodbye I can't even answer a question goodbye come back later I've never been so rudely treated by any business and as a professional I cannot not say something this was unexcusable

I had work done in May of 21, August of 21 the Empolyees charge my card again. They couldn't explain why or give me a receipt for the transaction. I was not there during the month of Aug. Do not recommend this place they will charge you months later for service you didn't have!!! Nothing but a bunch of thieves and the manager in on it too.

THE WORST OFFICE! My first visit with Dr. Johnson in March was okay. She took care of my tooth, advised I needed a bridge, as well as cleaning. I agreed to all and paid for everything up front. Big mistake! Fast forward to today. Only half of my mouth has been cleaned, I've had to have the temporary bridge replaced, still have not had the impression for the permanent bridge or the cleaning for the 2nd half of my mouth. I've been trying since May to get an appointment. Dr. Johnson was out on vacation, Covid hit the office, no one answers the phone or returns messages, it's a circus over there! Finally get an appointment today and I'm among 4 other people with the same time slot. Get there but no doctor, no assistant. Only a brand new receptionist (she was freaking awesome!). The doctor got there about 830ish, the assistant about 930. The doctor never came out of the back to apologize for the wait, give an update, nothing. The assistant put 3 patients in the back and then finds that there are NO GLOVES IN THE BUILDING! What??? He then discovers that the doctor has left the building - snuck out the back without a word to anyone including her staff. I'm done. This office should be shut down permanently. There is no excuse. None!

First of all, very hygienic place. Staff is very nice. God bless them all. Dr. Aljairoudi was very nice lady doctor. She explained everything very politely about my damaged teeth. Most dentist place you see rushing service but you won't see it here. I recommend this place.

I had a 2:00 pm appt. but did not get called back until 3:00. At 3:20, I finally saw the dentist, to glue back on a veneer that had fallen off one of my lower front teeth. While trying to clean the cement of the veneer, the dentist broke my veneer, which I had carefully protected until the visit. There was no offer of a free replacement or even a discount. The veneer would be $1,800 or $950 if I paid $79 to join their special program for discount dental work. All for what should have been an easy fix.

It was the first time that I didn't received a cleaning in my checkup. One day before of the appointment the called me to tell me that they don't see kids... I am a working mum... now I need to find a new dentist for my son and definitely a new one for me and my family
