Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

Had a great comprehensive exam, Dr. Cartwright is very informative, nice , and gentle. Krystal who assisted is such a joy, and Rachel was very amazing, overall awesome experience!!

Didn't get teeth cleaned, wanted me to do fillings first before cleaning and won't be able to do it until 2 months from now. Horrible service. Wouldn't recommend.

Fraudulent organization that pressures and incentivizes clinicians into overdiagnosing for optimal billing and not according to dental standards. Insurance changed so I had to change dentists. I'd always had twos and threes for pockets at my old dentist, but here I was diagnosed with fives, requiring periodontal treatment. Spoke with my girlfriend at the time, who happened to be an actual periodontist: she checked me out at home and I had twos and threes. Changed to another dentist, back to 2s and 3s. If I report them to the ADA it would just be that individual diagnosing clinician that got into trouble, but I have learned since that they have a reputation for pressuring their clinicians into doing this sort of thing. Also my current dentist asked me to get the records from them to compare to his and they stonewalled us.

Had an emergent issue, called first thing in the morning ,was given an appointment same day and scheduled for oral surgery following week after completion of ABX. It doest get any more proficient than that. Awesome Team with excellent service to include the receptionist Christan who is always polite and efficient.

Rachel' and the Team there is the best she really takes great care of every single one of the individuals that step foot in her office and Dr.Cartwright is amazing to have as your dentist she cares about your teeth is very sensitive when working with your mouth so everything in this office is truly caring and beautiful experience dealing with teeth is rough but here your treated gentle and kind I don't have anything negative to say about castle

I was disappointed by the experience I had at this dental clinic. While I had a pleasant experience getting x-rayed, I was rushed out of the clinic after a quick and painful exam and told to schedule a cleaning. This was after my original appointment was rescheduled in the first place.

I am disgusted with the level of service provided by this practice. They are clearly out to take advantage of the patient's insurance with no regard to the patient as a person, to the point where insurance advised that I had overpaid and that they owed me. However, they did not pay back the minimum amount that I should have been paid. Rachel at the front desk was trying to convince me that she understood more about the insurance and payments than what insurance had explained. I do not recommend this place at all. Regarding the cleaning itself that I got, they charged me for a medium cleaning and I spent less than 10 minutes on the chair, which is shorter than a regular cleaning. The one who performed the cleaning was rushing like he had no time to do his work!! They stole my money and then asking me if I want to provide more informations!!... what unprofessional liars!!

If you schedule a new patient appointment here, pls confirm with the personnel that the hygenist will be available at the time as well. Don't be like me and show up for your new patient appointment (which was at the end of April) only to have X-rays & exam but no cleaning. They didn't tell me that there was no hygenist available until after I'd had the X-rays and exam though- they probably knew otherwise I would've cancelled. & it gets better- they told me there's no hygenist available at this location til end of June.

Do not waste your time on this place. The male who works in the front desk (on 03/09 at 2:00pm cst.) is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and not helpful whatsoever. My family and I had questions about our insurance and he did not want to hear about our questions or concerns. So much so, that a sweet young lady working besides him had to step in to answer our questions because the male was being stubborn in not wanting to answer our questions or listen to our concerns. Castle Dental Westheimer-- do not invest money on individuals who lack professional customer service skills especially for a position that serves as the first point of contact in your business.

Horrible experience. I ended up loosing my canine teeth. Teeth Crown came off in less than four month with most of the teeth structure. So was not possible to fix the crown back on the remaining teeth. Crown was unnecessarily big. Avoid this place if you love your tooth.

The service is great, however appointment times are a huge inconvenience. I have to take my daughter out of school early every two months, not to mention using vacation time to leave work for braces adjustment appointments. This negatively impacts her school attendance record. I wish they'd offer Saturday appointments.

I really liked the dentist and staff at the Lazyhollow location. I didn't catch the assistant name who took my X-rays but they were the quickest and most comfortable I've had in a while. The dentist explained my treatment where I understood and was just pleasant to talk to period.
