Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I think the people I have met and worked with have been pleasant and professional. But they only have one dental hygienist and book appointments 6 months out. That is ridiculous!!!!!!

Worst dental office I have ever been to. Dentist spent 60 seconds with me and didn't even look in my mouth during a first visit check up. Waited 45 min to get called back.

Our visit at Castle Dental was not the best. First the lady taking my xrays scratched the roof of my mouth very badly even after I kept telling her how badly it hurt. She then got someone to come help her and the new person was even worst and they seemed to be so uncaring. Also, I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and exam. They only did the exam but said they couldn't do both on the same appointment. I know that the only reason they do this is to get more money for a new client visit. Lastly, prices are extremely high. I have never been to a dentist where I had to pay over $100 more after insurance for a filling. We will not be going back and we are looking for a new dentist office. If you are in the Georgetown area and have any suggestions please let me know.

I had my initial consult and all paperwork was sent to me ahead of time to complete which saved me time at the appointment. The staff was very friendly and thorough. It was a very positive first experience

DONT GO HERE! They told me I had 3 cavities but would not show me the pictures of it. I got a second opinion and they said I had no cavities. Castle dental was going to do stuff to my teeth that were not even necessary. I do not appreciate the unethical way they run this practice. It seems like they will do anything to get money.

Dr. Hyundai-Do Joo is the best! The front office and staff is amazing. I love this dental office. Hopefully they will keep the staff for a while to come.

If your getting your wisdom teeth removed get the anesthesia the laughing gas does not work the pain is unbearable, an on top of that I ran out of medicine but still have pain and the on call doctor that suppose to be on call has been reached out to multiple times no response

The worst part about going to the dentist is always the X-rays. I have a small mouth and they tear my gums and make me want to gag. When Jessica (the dental assistant?) told me they didn't have child's sized I was dreading it - but she was a pro! She told me exactly what to do and was super efficient. It was the least terrible dental x-ray experience I've ever had. Only one angle was still bad but she warned me before it that it was the worst one and there was nothing to be done - she really knows her stuff! Tammy the hygienist was friendly and informative. She listened to my issues and offered great advice and showed me some of the products she uses, how, and why. I only spent a few minutes with Dr Foster because this was my first visit buy sadly for my teeth I have to go back. The only reason its 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took 3 hours - just for new patient intake x-rays, exam, and cleaning. But everyone was pleasant and overall a good experience.

The staff is really nice and knowledgeable. My hygienist did an excellent job and let me know how best to take care of my teeth. I'm really glad this practice takes my insurance.
