Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I have been going to Castle Dental located at 25832 US Hwy 290 for about 6 months. I have been very impressed with this Dental Office. The Staff and Dr Sunaina Ghari. are excellent. The office is extremely clean and there is not a wait time. The Staff will go out of their way to help to make sure you are satisfied with the service. The Staff also did a great job working with my insurance company. Dr Ghari is a very nice person who explains everything in detail. Her Dental work was excellent. I finally found a great Dentist that will take care of my dental needs. If your looking for a Dentist I highly recommend this Office.

Went there in 2018 for a crown....best experience hands down...crown fit perfect it was great would have been 10 stars Today whole new experience after my crown fell off yesterday prompting me to share my experience Assistant popped crown on for xray...felt perfect, they pry it off as it was stuck back on when she stuck it on. Then glue/cement whatever it back into place it feels horrible nothing like before it is all I feel when I bite down and explained this over and over. Then was charged $140 for my same crown to be put back on no other work needed. I will NEVER be back and will never recommend them again. I was very shocked at the cost as well considering the place that did my other crown popped it back on at no cost, thought maybe 50 or 60 bucks never would've imagined $140 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Front desk lady was very rude. Dentist was not educated on previous orthodontics work. They all need to go back to Dental school. I highly do not recommend this location.

Service here is horrible. Wait times are long. This was my very first time trying this place and the last one. I scheduled an appointment on a weekday at 3pm as new patient I was not seen until 4pm. I wanted to get dental cleaning as I mentioned to the person that booked my appointment. However, during my visit they just did some x-rays and then barely had a talk with the dentist ( which by the way told me I needed a to get cleaning done). Afterwards I was taken to waiting area again and I waited another 15 mins. I asked the lady in the front why the wait and she said she didn't know I was done and apologized. My experience here shows lack of professionalism, communication and lack of respect for patient's time. After all, I didn't get my cleaning done.

Dr. Sunaina Ghai is very nice and gentle, did a good job on my tooth unlike my previous dentist , accommodate my queries . The stuff are very professional.

I should sue. They said my son had 6 cavities and they gave me a quote for over 1000.00! I did not believe it and went to another dentist who said my son has no cavities! I am in awe just imagining how many people believed that story and paid to have imaginary cavities filled. The horror! Don't go here!

Can I give zero stars? Facility was poorly run, dirty, and run down. I believe they overbook appointments. My appointment was at 4, they didn't see me until 5:45. Once there they said it was too late to do anything. I'm not sure why they even offer a 4 o'clock appointment if they can't do anything after that. It was frustrating because I have to take off work, find childcare etc. I watched someone who waited over 2 hours finally just leave. If you're looking for a dentist....keep looking.

I'm so glad my daughter was finally able to get her braces removed. I would never schedule another appointment with Castle Dental. The front desk lady is extremely rude, she is not friendly at all to say she is the first contact with patients . I will give 4 stars to to the dentist and workers in the back they are always friendly. Sad that the front desk lady messed up the experience. If she doesn't enjoy her job she needs to work else where that she has no contact with people.

No customer service from the start with Cypress location! Booked an appointment online over a week ago to get in on the week my son was out on Thanksgiving school break...never got a reply back, no email no call. Had to call to verify if my son had an appointment or not. Once I confirmed the appointment or pretty much had a confused customer service person making the appointment, We end up showing Up on the day of the appointment and find out the appointment was made for 2022!!!! And apparently the general doctor was not even there today which is Tuesday OR anybody to help me make an appointment! Only the orthodontist and their staff. WHICH they couldn't help me either I was instructed to call customer service to reschedule an appointment. Not only could I not reschedule an appointment while I was there but when you call customer service they redirect you to another company and say that the office is closed. I Also can't even finish leaving a voice message for anyone to call me back. It interrupted me and hung up on me! Go figure... I'm very disappointed as I have been a patient with Castle Dental, my whole family is, and to not have any 5 star service is Unacceptable! What is the point of booking online? What is the point of calling? And they advertise walk in appointments available?? Good luck!! I have moved on to another dental office that got me in the next day. And keep in mind this is a holiday week so that's what you call customer service thank you Made Ya Smile in Cypress!
