Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

My family and I are patients of Castle Dental for a few years now. This morning we went in and scheduled to Dr Escobar who we have never seen before. Her bed side manor was NON EXISTENT. Not even a simple introduction from her as to who she was, her name, what she would be doing etc., she just stomped into the room, shook her head and started yelling about nitrous. She was aggressive with her attending nurse then aggressive when speaking to me. When I responded in kind she had the audacity to put her hand up and tell me to calm down because she wasn't being aggressive! I would never let this particular "Dr" see myself or anyone in my family again, she was absolutely terrible!

I spent over an hour being seen and at the end was asked to wait in the lobby while a cost summary was being put together so I ended up having to leave due to me waiting forever in the lobby so I kindly asked if someone could just email it to me and here we are two to three days later and I've still never recieved my cost summary so we can continue doing business together. Anyways you lost a customer, it all seem a bit unprofessional for me

Absolutely love the staff in this office!!! Michelle was amazing with helping me through my visit. Dr. Escobar is the best dentist I have seen in a long time!!! I will definitely be back!!

Due to insurance issues, i had to switch providers. This was my initial visit with Castle and I was treated well. From the front desk, to xrays, to the hygenist and the dentist. I've heard some less than wonderful reviews from online and co workers about this location....we'll see what happens. Twice I've been there for an 8am appt to find the door locked and no one at work. Not acceptable.

This place is the worst. I got my wisdom teeth removed and after my surgery I was prescribed no medicine and I had no follow up appointment, they didn't even give me my teeth back! They leave you on hold and most the time never answer the phone. I just called to cancel an appointment and the lady hung up on me rudely. Terrible service and I don't recommend this place at all!

This place is absolutely terrible please do not come here!! I made an appointment only to find out that they didn't properly process my insurance and made me wait for over an hour because they didn't PROPERLY do their job. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. After waiting I went in for the appointment to hear employees talking about getting drunk after work. The dentist was not very good with communicating exactly what was being done to my teeth or the aftercare that would needed to be bought. The dental hygienist was not upfront about diagnosis or what was being done to my teeth. After reporting concerns to the receptionist she said I could talk about in my appointment. As a patient I am very disappointed.

Went to get two cavities filled, and it shockingly took him no longer than 5 minutes. I was a little concerned but didn't think too deeply into it. About 3-4 weeks later, I bite into a protein bar and a sharp pain shoots through one of those teeth I got fillings in. I go to a different dentist this time (Aspen Dental) and let them know what is up with my tooth. He said the filling wasn't missing or anything, but he decided to take that old filling out and put his own, new filling in. After removing the old filler he discovered I had a big cavity UNDER the filling! He took a picture for me and told me to get a refund. I was so in shock. I will be calling soon to expect a refund, not sure if they will give it to me though. Please do not go here, after telling one of my friends about this place, she said that she also went to Castle dental and got cavities filled and her teeth are still in pain! Terrible dentist.

If I can give this place a zero star rating, I would. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I set up an appointment two months ago for my fiance and I August 20(Saturday) since that was next available Saturday. We showed up ten minutes prior to the appt. And didn't see any vehicle outside which was concerning. I also ran into a person outside that also had an appt. At 9am like us. It looked like No one was in the office and it was closed. I called Castle Dental to see what was going on and was able to reach an after hours representative. She confirmed that my fiance and I indeed had an appt. For that day and didn't know why no one was there. Very very unprofessional!!! We drove 45 minutes for nothing!! So agitating. Don't recommend this place

Check-in was quick and smooth. The wait time was minimal. The dental assistant was informing and professional. The procedure was done quickly and I was taken back to the check out desk. My experience was a successful and positive event.
