Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

The dentist is great. I feel unfortunately she is given way too many patients to treat at the time. I was pretty upset that my husband & I have been charged during routine visits at least three times for something my insurance was already paying them. I had to make several calls to insurance and to them to have this addressed.

I was worried about our range of options when switching to a DHMO, but I've surprisingly happy with this Castle Dental. Dr. Cline is particularly amazing and has shown more than once how much she cares about doing the best for her patients.

I had been having some pain and needed to be seen right away. Castle Dental Buda got me in quickly. Office staff was super friendly! I was so scared and nervous because this was the first time I had any issues with my teeth. I ended up having to get my tooth pulled. My dentist and her assistant were Amazing! They explained everything to me, took their time, and answered all my questions. The process was simple, calm and not painful. I received an after care call to make sure I was okay. I would definitely recommend this location for your dental needs.

Was my first time seeing Dr Blackwell, I am not the best patient, but his patience alone was comforting When I needed assistance after the surgery he called me right back within 5 minutes and I truly felt that he cares about his patience

Dr. Blackwell and his assistant Martha are the BEST. They actually make each visit great, thru the whole process of implants, they made sure that i was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them!!

This is the best place I have ever been when seeing a dentist. Every member of the staff is friendly and professional! I can't say enough about Dr. Cline - she is the best! Friendly, professional and always wanting to put me at ease. The dentist is not my favorite place to go - always have had a fear, but I always feel ok and less nervous with the staff here, especially with Dr. Cline!!!!

Dr. Cline helped turn my frown upside down. After nearly losing hope, Dr. Cline was gracious enough to call me after hours to help solve my problem. She was patient and really listened to my needs. I would 100% recommend her!

I have been to the slaughter location my visit was amazing. But I had a tooth pulled at this location in buda and it was horrible I felt like I was being torchured it was horrible I'm terrified and traumatized now. But other than that the assistant amd the receptionist where fantastic

Update- still a struggle to get a call back. You also can't schedule elsewhere once you're a patient at a location. Found another dentist that got me in fast and called back.
